Chloe was woken up by whimpering.

She sat up from the floor and saw Red shivering in her bed.

"Red?" Chloe called.

"No, please, no, I'm sorry...." Red said in her sleep.

Chloe gently shook Red and Red woke up with a gasp.

"Hey, are you okay?" Chloe asked worried.

"I'm fine" Red lied.

"No your not, come on you can talk to me" Chloe told her.

"Promise not to tell anyone?" Red asked scared.

Now Chloe was worried.

"I promise" Chloe reassured.

"I had a nightmare..."Red whispered.

"When my mom was still evil, I was ten I Um broke a vase like how we broke one when we were helping your past mom.... My mom... she uh" Red couldn't finish her sentence.

"Hey it's okay, you can tell me" Chloe reassured.

"She.....punished me.... she took a knife and cut lines on me then after that she made me sleep outside without a bed" Red explained.

Chloe's eyes softened.

"Oh Red, she's not like that anymore, if that's where your scars are coming from why am I seeing resent ones?" Chloe raised an eyebrow.

Red stayed silent.

Chloe's eyes widened in realization.

"Red, tell me you didn't...." Chloe said horrified.

"I'm sorry" Red apologized.

"There's nothing to apologize for, come on let's get you cleaned up" Chloe said and easily picked up Red and walked towards the bathroom.

Chloe gently cleaned up Red's wounds and sat on her bed.

"Can you sleep by my side?" Red asked not wanting to spell out that she didn't want to be alone.

Chloe smiled knowingly.

"Sure" Chloe said.

Both Chloe and Red fell asleep a few minutes later cuddling.

The next day without neither of the girls knowing Ella, Charming and Chad were doing a surprise visit because they wanted to see Chloe and wanted it to be a surprise.

"Boys, remember to be quiet since the girls are probably sleeping" Ella told them as they opened the door and went inside.

They noticed that there was only one bed.

"That's strange, where does blueberry sleep then?" Chad asked.

They walked closer to the bed and saw Red and Chloe cuddling.

Chloe's family eyes widened.

"Um, do friends cuddle?" Chad asked.

"Yes, sometimes but this doesn't look Platonic plus Chloe talks about Red all the time" Ella replied.

"What should we do?" Charming asked.

"Let's go get something to eat for all five of us" Ella said as she left with the boys following.
