Renjun entered the washroom of his apartment, feeling a mix of exhaustion and adrenaline. It was nearly two in the morning, and he had classes in just a few hours, but sleep was the last thing he wanted right now. Не flipped the light switch, and the room lit up, casting a stark glow on the scene. His fingers remained still on the buttons, which were stained with blood, leaving crimson patches on the white buttons. He slowly raised his head, letting his hand drop to his side. He saw himself in the mirror, his hands, face, neck, and clothes were all covered in blood. It wasn't his blood, but the blood of the man he had killed an hour ago.

Renjun chuckled bitterly at his reflection, a sound that felt foreign in the quiet washroom.

He could hardly recognize himself. This was what his life had become. Slowly, he walked to the sink and turned on the tap. Cold water splashed over his hands, mixing with the dried blood. He watched the red-tinted water swirl down the drain, lost in thought.

His mind replayed the events of the night. He remembered how he had cornered Mr. Jung, the man who had caused so much pain to those innocent girls, including Renjun's cousin. He had felt a dark satisfaction hearing Mr. Jung's scream, his desperate pleas, and his cries for mercy. Renjun hadn't shown any mercy, mirroring the cruelty that Mr. Jung had inflicted on others.

Renjun stared blankly at the sink, his thoughts a chaotic whirl. He never thought he would become a killer, but now he lost count of how many people he had killed.

The sound of water splashing onto the floor brought him back to the present. He realized he had been standing there too long. He scrubbed his hands and face vigorously, trying to remove every trace of blood. His skin felt raw from the effort. His clothes were beyond cleaning, so he stripped them off and stuffed them into a plastic bag, planning to dispose of them later.

Facing the mirror again, Renjun saw a cleaner version of himself, but his eyes betrayed him. They were bloodshot and hollow, with dark circles under them. He splashed water on his face, hoping it would clear his mind, but it didn't.

Suddenly, anger surged through him. His mind replayed every painful memory from the past, his family's death, his cousin's death, and his best friend's death. Each image flashed before him, fueling his frustration and rage. He screamed in frustration, his voice echoing in the small washroom. Tears never left his eyes; he had stopped crying years ago.

" F?CK OFF!"

Renjun shouted, his voice cracking. "UGHH !!" His mind felt like it was about to burst from the onslaught of thoughts. "Stop!" he screamed, grabbing a shampoo bottle and hurling it across the room. It hit the wall with a loud thud. He grabbed everything within reach, throwing it in a fit of rage towels, soap dispensers, anything his hands could find. His screams filled the room, a primal expression of the pain and anger he had kept bottled up.

Renjun grabbed his head, his fingers tangling in his hair as he slowly walked backward until his back hit the wall.

"F?UCK !!! UGH," He slid down to the wet floor, letting himself sink into it. Dark spots danced in front of his eyes as he slowly lost consciousness, his hands still tangled in his hair. His body slumped to the floor, lifeless, as his mind finally gave in to the overwhelming darkness.
