Halloween

Hanni POV

As I finished up on the last part of Minji's makeup I leaned back admiring my work. This might actually be my favorite makeup look I've ever done. I do my brothers face paint and it's usually spiderman. I definitely turned him into a minion a few times for jokes.

I eventually met Minji's eyes which were starting right back at me. I don't know how much time passed because the only thing I could look at was her eyes. A unique shade of brown that was mesmerizing.

I don't what what was wrong with me because I couldn't look away.

I eventually came to my senses and turned my head away not knowing what just happened. I got up out the chair and stood up. I really hope the bright shade of pink covering my face isn't noticeable.

"I'm gonna get changed..uhm you should go check out your makeup." I blurted out sounding overly nervous. I went over to my drawer as Minji stood up heading to my bathroom which was connected to my room. I sighed in relief once I heard the door shut.

I think that was my first time seeing Minji in that way. It was just like something changed and I don't know what.

I took a deep breath to hopefully stop my overthinking and took out my costume. The outfit was pretty simple, a black lace corset dress that ended above my knees. I added fishnets and lace fingerless gloves that extended to my elbows.

As I finished putting on the clothes I looked at the mirror proud of the look. I just needed to do my makeup and style my hair and we would be ready. I sat down in my chair taking out everything I needed.

Minji POV

I swear Hanni did such an amazing job with my makeup, it looks exactly how I wanted it to. But this definitely wasn't the only thing I was thinking about. That moment I had with Rue or whatever it was just so different. It felt so special and a part of me wanted it to happen again.

After awhile I exited her bathroom and saw Hanni in the same chair I was in doing her own makeup. I got a glimpse of her outfit and fuck she looked amazing.

I sat down on her bed that was directly behind her. I pulled out my phone checking the time. "Hanni, we should probably leave soon." I called out to her looking up from my phone.

We made eye contact through the mirror for a second before she looked away. I smiled slightly, is she nervous?

"Yeah I know, I'll be done soon." She said avoiding eye contact as I continued to look at her in the mirror.

All of her features seemed different now and I couldn't look away. Hanni eventually caught me when she finally made eye contact with me again.

"Can you stop staring, I can't focus." She cleared her throat talking in a low voice. I could see blush creeping up on her cheeks.

I smiled as I responded, "I'm just seeing your techniques, maybe I wanna be a makeup artist someday." That was definitely a lie though makeup is so not my thing.

"I really doubt that." She responded before bringing her attention back to her makeup. I looked away from the mirror and back to my phone to scroll on tik tok.

After about 20 minutes Hanni was finally done she styled her hair in 2 pigtails with 2 strands of hair down in the front.

Once I was able to see her full outfit I couldn't stop myself from checking her out slightly. I mean I knew she would absolutely rock a Misa cosplay but seeing it in person was totally different. She looked so fucking beautiful.

"What do you think?" Hanni said with a nervous smile.

"What do I think? You look fucking amazing, you might even be able to be cast as a live action Misa." I said with a small wink

"Really? Thank you" She said with a smile as she turned around to her desk and grabbed a black choker putting it around her neck to complete the look.

"Okay, we should get going." Hanni said before grabbing her purse. I followed her out of her room and we eventually made it to the front door.

We walked out and I hopped on my bike while she got in her car. It was about a 15 minute drive to Niki's house so we got there pretty quickly. I usually don't bring my bike to parties because there's too many drunk idiots and I usually become one of them too.

I have to attend a race though and I don't intend to get too wasted so I should be good.

I got off my bike as Hanni exited her car. "Hey, I'm gonna go find some of my friends I'll catch you later?" Hannni said walking up to me.

"Yeah, I'll see you later." I nodded with a smile as she walked off." Now I was on a mission to find Haerin. Usually she's my partner for these rides.

I started walking in the house which was full of people dancing most of them high as fuck or drunk. I headed to the kitchen as I was pretty familiar with the layout of this house. Niki hosted a lot the parties I go to.

There was no sign of Haerin but I poured myself a cup of beer. I downed the full cup before throwing it off somewhere. I headed out to the backyard if she's not in the kitchen she's probably playing beer pong.

And I was totally right I finally saw her at table in the back participating in a game. I walked up behind her and saw the people she was playing.

Danielle and Hanni. Well this is kind of a surprise.

Haerin groaned in defeat when she missed another cup and she was definitely loosing. I tapped her shoulder which got both of the girls attention on the other end of the table.

Haerin turned to me and formed a giant grin on her face and I could immediately tell she was drunk. She wrapped her arms around my neck and pulled me into a tight hug.

"Minji! How's it going buddy, you should join me in beer pong so I can win. But it's not like I'm losing but you should still join me, cause like you're the greatest beer pong player ever." Yea she definitely is losing at beer point, I can tell from how drunk she was.

I cleared my throat before talking, "The race is about to start soon, you still coming?" Haerin pulled her lips in a pout and I turned my head to try and catch a glimpse of Hanni, but she had her head turned away and on her phone.

"Hm..I will if you help me win this! My partner went off with some other girl and I'm doing horribly." Haerin said with her words slurring together.

"Alright then, I mean I never loose you know." I said before turning and facing the table. "I'll play with her so let's continue."
Danielle rolled her eyes slightly and got in position to throw the ball. Hanni also turned her attention to the game again.

Well now isn't this perfect! A beer pong game with my infamous ex!
