The morning light streamed through the windows of Laluna's apartment as she lounged on her couch, scrolling through her phone. The night's events replayed in her mind, especially the moments with Xiaojun. She sighed and opened the groupchat.

Winter: We waited all night for answers. Tell us what happened with Xiaojun.

Giselle: Yeah, spill the tea!

Laluna hesitated before typing.

Laluna: Lets just say I've confirmed my thoughts on not dating idols.

A flurry of responses came in almost immediately.

Karina: What? Why? What happened?

Ningning: Did he say something stupid?

Giselle: Did he have bad breath?

Winter: Did he try to hit on someone else in front of you?

Laluna laughed and shook her head, quickly typing her response.

Laluna: No, none of that happened. It was actually going really well. We had an instant connection...and we may or may not have kissed...a couple of times.

The chat exploded with reactions.

Winter: OMG!!!

Ningning: Yasss, girl!

Giselle: Kisses! AHHHl!

Karina: I knew it! So what went wrong?

Laluna took a deep breath before replying.

Laluna: He asked me to sign an NDA.

Winter: That's all?

Ningning: We thought it was something serious.

Laluna: It was serious to me.

There was a brief pause before Karina responded.

Karina: Lu, I can see why that would be a turn off for you. But he's an idol, and it's part of his contract.

Laluna: That's exactly why I didn't go through with it. I don't want to live under those conditions.

The chat was silent for a moment as the girls processed Laluna's words.

Winter: I get it. It's a lot to deal with.

Ningning: Yeah, it's not for everyone.

Giselle: We understand, Lu. It's your decision.

Karina: Hey, why don't you come over to our dorm after our photoshoot today? We can hang out and talk more.

Laluna smiled, feeling a wave of relief and gratitude for her friends' support.

Laluna: I'll bring food!!!

The atmosphere at WayV's dorm was lively, with the members lounging in the living room, chatting and laughing about the previous night's party. Xiaojun sat on the couch, lost in thought, his mind replaying the moments he had shared with Laluna. His bandmates, curious about his mood, began to gather around him.

"So, Xiaojun," Kun began, his voice dripping with curiosity, "tell us about the girl from last night."

Xiaojun groaned, running a hand through his hair. "I don't know, man. It was going great. Even before we kissed, the connection was out of this world."

Ten's jaw dropped. "Wait, you made out with a random girl?"

Yangyang chimed in, "You do it every other day, Ten."

"You say it like it's a bad thing," Ten retorted, defensively. "I'm just surprised Xiaojun of all people kissed some random."

Xiaojun shook his head, a frustrated sigh escaping his lips. "She's not some random," he clarified.

"Yeah, you should've seen her." Hendery jumped in. "She was way beyond hot."

Xiaojun sent him a glare, which Hendery quickly acknowledged with a sheepish grin.

Winwin leaned forward. "So if she was pretty and you had a connection, what went wrong?"

Xiaojun was as confused as they were. Everything had seemed perfect until it suddenly wasn't. "I don't know, one second she's telling me she'll come back to my place, and the next she's stopping me from getting the NDA," he explained.

Kun raised an eyebrow. "Wait, she didn't want to sign the NDA?"

Xiaojun shook his head.

Ten scoffed, "She probably had ill intentions. Good thing you didn't take it any further."

Hendery laughed. "You might've woken up to your dick going viral on Twitter."

A question lingered through Yangyang's mind, "How did she even get in? Wasn't it idols only?"

Xiaojun sighed. "She's Karina's best friend."

They all nodded in understanding.

Winwin patted Xiaojun on the back. "Well, at least you never have to see her again."

But Xiaojun didn't know if that was a good thing or not. It wasn't going to be easy to forget a girl like Laluna, someone who would run across his mind for months. The memory of their connection, their kisses, and her refusal to sign the NDA haunted him. He couldn't shake the feeling that he had let something special slip through his fingers.
