It was June 19,2012 nearly 2 months after their daughter Raeliana turned 5 years old. Everyone would think this situation can be fixed but there was no fixing the problem between Kenneth Taylor and his wife Lillianna Danielson Taylor. The problem between them had nothing to do with their daughter but this was the worst situation for the couple who wed January 27,1999. It was not a daily thing until sometime following the birth of their daughter on April 27,2007. Obviously Raeliana did not know anything about what was going on with her mother and father, problem wise. All the 5 year old girl knew was that her  Mommy and Daddy were constantly arguing with each other despite them trying to make sure that she was not able to hear them while they were having this conversation.

Finally after 3 years of that happening, Kenneth and Lillianna were at their wits end of the problem between each other. After 13 years of marriage and their baby girl who was born 8 years into their marriage, Kenneth Taylor and Lillianna Danielson Taylor were getting divorced. The issue with that was what happened to their little girl, will they co-parent? Or will one get custody of the 5 year old girl while the other one got visitation and stuff like that? Or will one keep the other one from having any sort of contact with the girl? They hadn't wanted to reach this point but why not divorce so they weren't continuing to be constantly arguing with each other? It was for the best for their mental health but the only thing was the fate of their daughter.  What will the divorce end up doing to her? It probably won't be a memory for her as she is only 5 years old so she won't know. They arrive at the courthouse for the divorce hearing. They state the problem (the reason why they're divorcing) and now it's up to the judge to determine the result. The judge who was in charge of the hearing allowed the divorce to be official,"I hereby declare the divorce between Kenneth Taylor and Lillianna Danielson Taylor official. The marriage license that was granted on January 27,1999 is no longer official, it is terminated." Lillianna spoke up,"Excuse me,Your Honor, we have a 5 year old daughter. Before we leave to go our separate ways, tell us what's to happen to our daughter now that her father and I are divorced." The judge said,"Kenneth Taylor,I hereby declare that you have sole custody of your daughter. Divorce case dismissed." Lillianna asked,"What rights do I get now?" Again the judge was silent for a minute before saying,"Since Kenneth Taylor has sole custody of your child,I shall leave that up to him." Lillianna faced her now ex-husband,"Well,what rights do I get now that we're divorced?" Kenneth said,"No visitation or contact with her Lillianna." The judge granted this,"Lillianna Danielson,I agree with Kenneth Taylor. From how the hearing went,no visitation or contact with Raeliana Taylor. Or you'll face legal consequences for breaking the terns of this divorce hearing and not obeying Mr. Taylor's decision."

Lillianna was upset by what she was told. She was standing with her head down as she realized what this meant:she won't ever be able to see or hear from her daughter again. She won't get to be there as Rae grows up. She won't be allowed to see or contact her ever again. She thought this would happen but she thought she would be in Kenneth's position at the end and do this to him but no that's not what happened and she was upset. Her precious princess was no longer going to be seeing or hearing from her again. Once she leaves,it will be starting. She didn't want to leave but she had to go. She has to continue life without being able to get to see or contact her sunshine Rae. Her little princess would grow up without her. But apparently that's what he wanted. She looks at her daughter and was about to say something when Kenneth beckoned her,"Rae,come to Daddy sweetie." The little girl obeyed her father. Lillianna sobbed hysterically,"Rae,sweetheart,Mommy loves you." Kenneth scooped Raeliana into his embrace and carried her out of the courthouse, further breaking Lillianna's already shattered heart. Raeliana was obviously unaware of what was going on. Kenneth placed his daughter in the car and drove off, while Lillianna found another way to go,she moved out into a new house weeks before but stayed with him and Rae at their house to be there with Raeliana of course.
