Chap 9~ A past revealed

Chapter 9!

Lloyd's POV
This place seems all too familiar, although I can't quite put my finger on what it is. But this is where Jay's signal came from, where they found Y/N.
"Please be alright Y/N, please be alright from whatever my dad has done to you." I pray, trying to hold back tears so I can see where I'm going. As I get closer, I notice a dark presence that sends the message that I'm not welcome. But I shake it off, continuing the flight. All of a sudden I see something that looks like my dragon, but darker. Before I can turn around, it lunges at us, and everything turned black.

Y/N POV
I wake up in a bare and cold room, with a pounding headache. As I'm able to focus again, I look around, trying to become familiar with my surroundings.
"Where am I? What is this place? Where is Lloyd?" I think, a million different thoughts running through my mind. I suddenly hear a dark and bone-chilling voice speak, apparently to me.
"Don't worry, you'll be with my son soon enough." I look around to see where the voice is coming from, and I see a tall figure standing in front of the door to my room, with four arms and dark red eyes. I immediately recognize him as my captor, and ask who he is and what he wants with me.
"Y/N, I will answer both of those questions when it is the right time." Now I start to get worried. "How does he know my name? Who is this guy?" As I wonder what else will happen to me, he shouts to someone to come and get me. I tense up, ready to fight, but I instantly stop when I see who it is. I see what appears to be people, but very different.
"It couldn't be - I thought they were all gone!" you scream in your head as 2 snakes grab you, one a blue one, and the other a green one.

Nya's POV
"Where could he have possibly gone? He can't just drop off the face of the earth like that!" I wonder, trying to track down wherever Lloyd has run off to. I don't entirely blame him though, hearing that from Kai about Y/N.
"What did the guys see that would make them abandon the journey?" I wonder as I hear the door slam. Time to find out what happened and why they left. I run to greet the guys and see my brother standing there, I can tell he is pissed, and look into his eyes to see if they give anything away.
"What happened?!?! And why did you say that about Y/N?!?! Thanks to you, now Lloyd has run off to go save Y/N himself!" I scream, clearly startling the Ninja, except for Kai.
"You wanna know what happened sis?!?!?! Y/N IS A SERPENTINE! And she's not the only one!" he yells, making me move back a bit.
"What do you mean she's not the only one?" I screech, receiving a collective gasp from the Ninja. I guess it's time they knew what I knew.

*~Flashback~*

"Y/N, can I talk to you for -" I didn't finish my sentence as the door was open and I peeked in to see Y/N wasn't in there. I walked in to hear the shower running, knowing Y/N will be out soon. As I sat on the bed and waited in the room to talk, I noticed a small box on the drawer next to her bed, and go to pick it up. As I take it off the drawer, I accidently drop the box, which opens up. Knowing Y/N was coming out soon, I scrambled to put the mysterious contents back in the box. When I picked up the item, I was horrified to discover it was a tooth, but not just any tooth. A fang. A serpentine fang. As I was about to tell the guys, Y/N comes out of the shower.
"Hi Nya, whats -" Y/N stops when they see the fang in my hand and the look on my face. We both know there's some explaining to do.
"Y/N, why do you have a fang in your room?" I ask, finally dropping the bombshell to get rid of the awkward silence. Y/N stands there for a minute, frozen with fear, unable to explain the situation. Y/N finally speaks to clarify the mystery.
"My family, going way back, was bitten by Serpentine. It wasn't until my great great great grandfather fell in love with a human that the skin started to disappear. But ever since then, everyone in my family has passed down a tail, fangs, and slightly colder skin." Y/N finishes, finally breaking down into tears. I run over to comfort Y/N, unsure of what to do.
"Y/N, maybe we should tell the guys? It could help if we have to-" I didn't have time to finish before Y/N tackled me to the bed.
"Please Nya, you don't understand. Every time I've tried to tell someone, they treated me like I was one of them. It's not fair! I'm not evil and I'm not a full Serpentine!" I sob, hoping she'll understand.
"Not even Lloyd?" I ask, knowing that they like each other. It takes Y/N a minute to think, then makes me swear not to tell anyone, including Lloyd.

*~End of Flashback~*

All of the Ninja gasp, shocked that Nya knew this much about Y/N. No one says anything for a minute or so. Finally Cole speaks up.
"S-so Y/N isn't one of them?" he asks, nervous to hear a response from me.
"Yes. But now thanks to you guys, Y/N is who knows where, with Lloyd looking around like a madman. And his signal dropped off the face of the earth, so who knows where he is either." I yell, slightly annoyed.
"Alright guys, we messed up big time. Let's prove to Lloyd and Y/N that we made a mistake and we learned to accept people for who they are" Cole states, rallying support from the Ninja.
"I'm with him. Let's go save Lloyd and Y/N!" Jay shouts excitedly.
"I'm with you!" Zane says. Everyone turns to Kai to see what he does.
"Well Kai, are you in or out? Can you accept Y/N despite being Serpentine and help save Lloyd as well?" I ask, all of us waiting in anticipation. Kai remains silent for a minute.
"I made a mistake, and now I'm ready to help fix it!" Kai shouts, joining his brothers. All of the Ninja go to the deck and summon their dragons.
"We're coming Y/N and Lloyd. NINJA GO!" The boys yell, flying into the night sky for what will probably be a long night of searching, desperate to bring Y/N and Lloyd home.
