The next room, the light flickered too, but longer than usual, and no Rush. The eyes were still there though.

"Hey, um, did anything happen while you were on watch?" Astral asked. They all stared at her, and then blankly shook their heads. Astral sighed, she didn't know if she should be scared or relieved.

"Astral, look!" Emile exclaimed, "I found something." Astral's eyes went wide when she saw that it was a candle."

"Emile, no!" She cried, taking it out of her hands. "Astral," she whined, "We're going to need this for the dark rooms, and I found it, so I should have it. You have to let us be more independent if we want to survive this. What about in Figure's library, if we stick together, we won't be able to find all the items, and it will just get us killed." Astral blinked in surprise, Emile had never just voiced her opinion like that."

"Um, guys." Liam said, and pointed to a long hallway with no eyes. "Why is there no eyes." Astral's backpack suddenly felt heavy, and she took out the book. All the other words faded, and in blue lettering, the book said.

Run from the Goo puddle, that is Seek

Follow my lights, do not freak

"Very helpful," James moaned. Liam looked at the hall, a determined look crossed his face. "We have to do the chase, I rather die running then arguing." Everyone else agreed, and hooked hands." When they were about to reach for the doorknob, the room turned red. Everyone turned back and saw a black goo puddle. Then a figure emerged from it. It was almost humanoid, but covered in a black ink, and only had one eye.

"RUN!" Astral screamed, and looked over to see her siblings were gone. "Don't worry about us, just run!" James' voice said. The next room had furniture fallen over in it, and a blue light highlighted spaces where she needed to duck. She quickly regained her footing and went into the next door. There were two doors, but one was highlighted blue, and thankfully, it was the correct one. There was another room where she had to crouch, and she breezed through it. There was more pick-a-door, and one scare where the door was at the back. Silently thanking GL, she went into next room, where chandeliers were falling and there were huge, black goo hands sticking out from the windows. Astral said a not so nice word and dodged the obstacles, barely missing the fire that the chandeliers sparked. James looked at her as she went into the next room, which thankfully was normal, with eyes full of fear. He shut the door behind her and Seek kicked at it. Everyone sat down, shaking. Astral laid down and decided that she was going to sleep for a thousand years
