Kanade stared out the car window with empty golden eyes as Sephiroth continued driving and Xemnas continued scrolling through the reviews of the new house they were all moving into. Kanade's eyes flashed through many trees, bushes, shrubs, wood and even small animals climbing trees and searching for food - They sat their elbow at the edge of the car window's inner side and continued to stare out the window for what seemed like forever, both Sephiroth and Xemnas kept quiet for the entire car journey. "How much longer until we're there? One of my legs are cramping abit." Kanade asked impatiently, their right leg skidding up and down rapidly like in a rush, Xemnas sighed as he ripped his eyes off his phone's screen, removed his reading glasses and turnt his head to the right, barely seeing Kanade. "We'll be there soon, I've said that for the 4th time." Kanade rolled their eyes and plugged in their earphones, tapping onto Deezer and selecting their 'favourite' playlist where Odetari enchanted their mind with 'Hypnotic Data' as they continued daydreaming out the window.
Some passed, Kanade took a swig of the can of coca-cola they got out of the package before Xemnas ushered them and Sephiroth to get all their stuff ready, inside they felt empty, like they had no emotion or reactions in tact - What would be so thrilling about moving to a different place when the one they all used to live in was perfect already? Kanade glanced at their phone, 51% was taken from their battery, now being from 100% to 49%, they scoffed silently and decided to spend the entire car ride playing a mobile game. "So Dad, aren't there rumors that three kids went missing in that house?" Sephiroth whispered to Xemnas, who replied with a careless shrug and comment that the rumor was probably to scare others; he stared at the window and could vaguely see the new house in the distance, the exterior walls were pink and the structure was white, He could see what he could make out to be a man stretching on the top of the mansion-like Estate. "What the hell is he doing?" Sephiroth asked himself muttering, squinting his eyes that focused on the exercising individual before blinking focusing on packing his car where both him and Xemnas took their seatbelts off and got out of the car. "Kanade, out now please." Xemnas commanded, Kanade was too hyperfocused on their mobile game that it took a single snap of a finger to snap them out of their game - They obliged and stuffed their phone back into their rucksack and climbing out of the car. Xemnas immediately began unpacking the car with Seohiroth's help, he passed Kanade the keys to their new house and told them to unlock the door; Kanade nodded silently and speed-walked to the white door and began twisting the lock, they opened the door and allowed Sephiroth inside, Xemnas payed the moving men before coming in as well. "Well, what do you both think? It could use some touch-ups but this'll have to do." Sephiroth asked, Kanade shrugged and immediately ghosted away upstairs to an empty room.
