TAVERN BODGE DIVE BAR AND LOUNGE CLUBHOUSE

The next day, in the dimly-lit bar, I'm sitting at the bar counter, taking sips of my strawberry-limeade margarita.

"Since when do you drink margaritas?" Pinkie asked me from behind the bar counter.

"Since I started drinking." I said to her, gently adjusting my sunglasses. "I don't drink much though."

"Or maybe, you drink to forget." Pinkie said to me. "The Cobras heard about Monica's car incident. How is she?"

"She's fine." I said to Pinkie, gently takes off my sunglasses

"What sorrows are you drinking away?" Pinkie asked, gently leaning on the bar counter. "Let me guess, boyfriend drama?"

"It's that obvious, huh?" I asked.

"Yeah." said Pinkie. "Jonny and You are glued together, and he and Monica are practically glued together."

I give Pinkie a really look and she regrets it.

"Sorry, the Cobras knows about "Jiolet", Jonny and You are ship-game." Pinkie said.

"I know, and I invented the ship-game thing." I said to Pinkie.

Pinkie and I exchange small smiles at each other. Jonny and Monica walks inside the dive bar together, gently holding each other's hands.

I look at both Jonny and Monica and notices that they're holding each other's hands.

I put my sunglasses back on and I finished the rest of my strawberry- limeade margarita.

I gets up and walks away.

"Violet?" Jonny said.

I stopped walking and turns around to look at Jonny and Monica.

Not saying anything, I walk away, walking out of the dive bar.

JENSON HOME

Later that day, I'm visiting Cherry and Jeana Jenson. Both of them has made homemade honeycomb honey. They have many saved in the pantry room.

In the living room, Cherry and I are sitting on the couch, looking at Granny Jeana sitting in her mechanical wheelchair at her sewing machine table.

"Jeana has made many quilts." I said.

"Yeah, she has. My Granny Jeana has quilts in her room, neatly folded and stacked." Cherry said. "But you didn't come by to visit me and my Granny Jeana, didn't you, Violetquinn?"

I look at her with a look. "Cherry?"

"I'm not dumb-dumb. You didn't come here for some small girl talk." Cherry said, taking off my sunglasses. "What you're currently going through right now is some strained relationship drama with Jonny and your strained friendship with Monica. And before you even ask, I know you very well like the guys do."
