"OW!"

He gripped both of my shoulders and shook me hard.

"Don't you dare participate in the games, you better recover first!" Hearing his words, I held onto his wrists and removed his hands from my shoulder.

"And why should you care?" I asked arrogantly.

"I-I..don't know-"

"I should be able to decide whether or not I shall participate in the games, after all it's my decision," I stated sternly.

Yi Feng let his arms fall to his sides, his head drooped down and he dragged his feet out of the room.

I waited for Yi Feng to shut the door before I asked Danny.

"Was I too harsh on him? He looked a little depressed just now..."

"NO WAY! Did you see his face? It was fuming with anger, I really think you should avoid him for the next few weeks Oliver," he exclaimed.

Come to think of it, I remember his fists trembling when he was clenching them.

Was it because he clenched his fists too tightly while fuming with rage?

A chill made the hairs on my arms rise as I imagined what his face would look like.

The nurse came in after a few minutes and I was treated.

"You might have to rest for a month so no vigorous activities. Your hip injury has recovered partially  but your ankle would need more treatment. Please apply this ointment and rub it in once every day," the nurse advised me.

If I don't do any vigorous exercises, how would I be able to perform well during the basketball game?

For the following weeks, I practiced playing basketball, disregarding the words the nurse had told me.

On a daily basis, I would also avoid Yi Feng.  It stressed me out that every time I see him the same image will display on my head and linger there till I see him again.

I feel devastated and so, so stupid! I am acting like this even after I was the one who exploded on him.

But he.. he just acts like nothing happened and now, he just pass days by like they were nothing.
