 Yu Le's POV:

I just asked Fei Qi if she wanted to buy a drink, now that we are here, I don't know what to do!

I glanced at Fei Qi who was settling down on a bench behind me. She was tapping her slender, long fingers on the metal drink can that she had grasped in between those fair, smooth hands. She looked so gorgeous and the sunshine that shone on her was just making her a hundred times better, not saying she wasn't already perfect enough.

She looked up from where she was staring at the ground and we made eye contact for a second there. Being the anxious one, I immediately spun around and I could feel my cheeks burning for the third time.

Hold on, who is that? I thought to myself. There was a student, who was rather short and he limped with each step, making it look so painful.

I didn't really want to help him as I wanted to spend more time with Fei Qi but that weakling looked like he was about to fall at any moment. As my natural reflexes kicked in, before I knew it, I appeared in front of the boy.

I lifted his arm and placed it on my shoulder.

"Oliver?! What are you doing here?" I exclaimed.

I started to walk with him to the med bay after hearing his explanation. "Ung! Can't you support me any better?" Oliver was being supported by me and yet he gave me a stern glare.

I rolled my eyes and proceeded to walk while half dragging Oliver.

End of Yu Le's POV

"Can you stop complaining about how I am such a bad support? If you don't like it so much, then just walk yourself!" Yu Le burst out in anger and shouted at me.

I was shocked by the sudden explosion but I muttered under my breath that it was my own fault for making him angry.

Without a second thought or word, I started to walk to the med bay by myself again. It was really tiring trying to support yourself with only one good leg and the issue was that if I lean onto my left leg, my hip will start to hurt, it is really awful. I limped two steps and then paused to take a breather.

"You can do it Oliver!" Danny encouraged the best he could. I started to walk again and headed straight but it was the only direction I could not move to.

Suddenly, the world felt like it was falling, was it tilting? The surroundings seemed a bit blurry, maybe I have a tear in my eye or something.

The whole area was tilting downwards and I was going against the current.

No wait. That's not right.

I am the one falling backwards. Before I could react, my back hit against a solid object and instead of a crash landing, I felt something soft behind me. A hand grabbed my left under arm and another hand hooked around my waistline.

"Don't move around by yourself if you can't even walk properly idiot! Here I am trying to help you but you won't even appreciate it!" Yu Le said in an annoyed tone and his grip on my arm was unnecessarily tight.

"Ah! You are hurting me, you bastard!" I tried to get him to listen to me but he purposely blocked my cries out and proceeded to tighten up his grip.

Unable to handle the pain anymore, I gave him a hard slap on his cheek. He stopped for a moment and his head faced towards the ground.

I stopped making such a ruckus.

Yu Le released his grip from my arm and ran his hand through his luxurious, wavy hair, slowly looking up.

"Wait, wait! I didn't mean that, I'm sorry! WOAH-" I was scared and all I could do was speak in that weak, shaky voice while trying to get him to calm down.

He looked at me with those menacing, beastlike eyes and I hate to admit but in that moment, I felt like I could just wither there and then. A cold gush of wind blew across my face at that moment and my hands started shaking.

He walked towards me with slow steps and every inch he grew closer to me, the more I trembled under those tremendously terrifying eyes. The steps grew louder and echoed throughout the hallway.
