Notice: the pictures I put on the side don't belong to me but the words I put on them do.
Alex POV:
Today I had a fight. Ace had kept everything professional after the first day and it being Friday meant it was time to strut my stuff. Finally the time to relieve my anger on actual blood. I need this. This is what I was meant to do. Blake was just something that brought me to this. He was my stepping stone.

Ding. Ding. Ding.
"Alex Granger is the winner!" The referee calls through the microphone while holding my fist up. The crowd comes to life with applause and I heard the referee whisper, 'no surprise there'. I chuckled lightly. This was my kingdom and I was the queen after all. I liked down at the bloodied girl and scoffed. Pathetic. If your gonna get in the ring at least have a little skill.
I walked out of the ring and to the changing rooms. Once in there I took a quick shower. The drain proved my war when I noticed the water turn red. Yeah that girl got one lucky punch to the nose but I pretty much gave it to her. I looked down breathing hard just stuck in my thoughts. The water was the only sound I could hear.
I couldn't help the unwanted thoughts that clouded my head. Fighting could only clear my head for so long.
Is this all your ever going to be good for? To fight. All that training with Blake and I'm still not good enough to be a house wife. Or maybe I don't want it. What happens when I'm old and no ones going to be there for me. I won't be well enough to fight and I'm sure my fans will move on to the next champion. I'm just going to be.. Alone. Like I always have been.
I shook my head trying to rid myself of the thoughts. I turned off the shower and grabbed my towel.
Once I walked into the locker room, déjà vu kicked in when Ace stood there leaning against my locker. His face set into a frown as he stared down at the floor like it stole his cookie. I couldn't help but smile at his cute pout. Then I realized I was staring so I cleared my throat to get his attention.
He looked up quickly and his face struck to awe as he looked over my body that was wrapped securely in a towel. Pig. Once he finally looked at my face, I raised my eyebrow in question. He groaned. "Don't raise your eyebrow at me or I'll be forced to take you on this bench." He stated like we were talking about how I like my coffee. I giggled a little at the thought. His smirk dropped and he walked up to me and caressed my cheek. I froze. How was I suppose to react to this. It was a sweet gesture and I'm not use to that. I melted into his hand pushing my cheek against his knuckles lightly. I looked into his eyes noticing my heart speed up.
"Does it hurt?" He asked knocking me out of my trance. I shook my head denying that it hurt when in reality of course it did. But I didn't need his pity. I'm suppose to be strong now that's how I am. That's who I pretend I am at least. His eyebrows creased in confusion.
"Come with me."
I'm pretty sure it wasn't a question. More of a demand. And who was I to refuse this Greek god in front of me. I'm pretty sure it was the eyes. I was putty in his hands. He chuckled lightly.
"Get dressed first sweetheart. I'll be outside the door when your done." I nodded again, not trusting my voice. His skin left my cheek making me realize how cold it left me. I wanted his touch back but I shook it off. Oh god, I'm acting like a teenage girl upsets with a boy band member.
I quickly got dressed and cleaned up my nose a little with the first aid kit in the bathroom. Yeah this happens a lot.
When i opened the door true to his word he rested against the wall across from me. We walked out to his car and I didn't bother to question where we were going. Blake taught me that. Keep my mouth shut.
---
He ended up driving for about an hour. I fell asleep for awhile but when I woke up I couldn't help but notice the familiar trees passing by in blurs. I didn't need to ask where we were because I already knew. He was taking me home. Not my apartment but my old town. The home that I had with Blake. I didn't know if I should panic or remain calm so I went for the latter and remained calm. I didn't need him to see my stress. Why would he bring me here? Of all places. What are his intentions? I looked over at him relaxing in his seat. It was dark outside so he wasn't wearing sunglasses which for some reason I wanted him to wear. I was fantasizing him wearing sunglasses up until he turned the car into park and looked at me with his beautiful blue eyes. "You know... Staring causes you to age faster." He said with a smirk. I looked away and blushed slightly. "I guess it's a good thing they came up with hair dye and face lifts." We both giggled and then I noticed where we were. The diner I use to work at was in front of me. Nothing looked different. Lights were on and checkered table clothes still were visible through the glass. The lights on the sign looked dull but other then that nothing changed.
Ace got out and came to my side to open the door for me. I stepped out but before I could jump to the ground from the tall truck these men seem to have, ace wrapped his arms around my waist and brought me to the ground softly. I just looked into his eyes waiting for him to let go but it never happened. Instead his lips came down and crashed against mine instead.
