Theron:

Hello, Ava!

I'm so happyyyy right now 😭

12:49 AM

Ava:

hello

slr, tinapos ko lang activities

buti naman nag-enjoy ka

Theron:

So muchhhh

Kung alam mo lang kung gaano kasaya 'yong heart ko ngayon 🥹🥹

Thank you so much, Ava!

Ava:

wala 'yon

masaya ako kasi masaya ka

akala ko nga hindi ko ma-e-enjoy e

pero masaya naman pala

ang ganda ng ngiti mo kanina

para ka talagang bata

Theron:

: ))

Ava:

may gusto pala akong itanong

Theron:

suree, ava

Ava:

bakit nga pala may "plant a tree" sa bucket list mo?

i mean don't get me wrong ah

pero ang uncommon kasi na makakita ng ganon sa mga bucket list

so, what’s the reason behind it?

Theron:

Oh

Gets ko hehehehe

Actually, I’ve been thinking a lot about it lately. It’s not just about the tree itself, but more about what it represents.

Ava:

okay?

what do you mean?

Theron:

Well, I want to be remembered in some way, even after I’m gone.

Planting a tree seems like a meaningful way to do that. It’s something that will grow and live long after I’m not around.

Ava:

grabe para namang mamamatay ka na sa sinasabi mo

Theron:

No one knows what will happen tomorrow.

Ava:

ang seryoso mo ah

anyway

that’s really thoughtful. It’s like you’re leaving a part of yourself behind for future generations.

Theron:

Exactly

It’s a way to contribute something positive to the world that will last and maybe even make a difference in the environment

And knowing that the tree will be out there, growing and thriving, gives me a sense of peace. It’s like a part of me will always be part of the world.

Ava:

ang ganda ng reason behind it ah

it’s not just about being remembered, but also about making a lasting, positive impact.

Theron:

Yeah

It’s my way of saying, “I was here, and I cared.”

Ava:

that’s really meaningful. but, can i ask why do you want to be remembered in the first place?

Theron:

I guess it’s because I want my life to have mattered. I want to know that my presence made a difference, however small.

Kasi diba lumaki ako na hindi nakakalabas ng bahay. Kaya ayun gusto kong kahit 'yong tree lang na tinanim natin, malaya siya sa labas. Hindi lang nakakulong.

Ava:

i can understand that. It’s natural to want to leave a mark. do you think it’s about proving something to yourself or to others?

Theron:

Maybe a bit of both.

On one hand, it’s about feeling like I’ve contributed something worthwhile. On the other hand, I think it’s also about having some sort of acknowledgment that I existed and made a positive impact.

Ava:

it sounds like you’re seeking a sense of purpose and fulfillment.

planting a tree is a beautiful way to achieve that, because it benefits the environment and future generations.

Theron:

Right hahahaha

It’s a tangible way to feel that my life has had a positive effect. It’s not just about being remembered for the sake of being remembered, but for having done something meaningful.

Ava:

i get it. and in a way, this tree will also tell others that you cared about the world and wanted to make it a better place.

Theron:

Yes, that’s the hope. Even if I’m not around to see it, I’ll know that I did something good.

So, thank you for being with me.

: ))
