"Your father planned to use that tracker to find the location of that tracker on you. He was going to have my father killed and use it to find me and kill me so there would be no successor. And I'm willing to bet he was going to use you also to die with me. Wouldn't want a widow standing in the way of power, would we?"

Jungkook is looking at Taehyung's father as he speaks.

Taehyung looks at him through his tear-streaked vision.

"That's not true," brunette whimper.

Jungkook turns to look at Taehyung. An actual look! And for a split second, Taehyung sees pity flash behind his husband's deep, dark eyes. But then it is gone. Just like that. If he hadn't been watching, he would have missed it.

"Tell him," The mafia says to Taehyung's father.

"Kook! Kook! Stop! Please!" Taehyung is shouting at him like his father should have been shouting for him when Jungkook was digging a blade into his arm. Jungkook finally stops and holds a gun to his head.

"Fucking tell him the truth."

Taehyung's father laughs lowly.

"You kill me then what? I won't be able to tell him anything."

A shot goes off, and the brunette's father cries out in pain. Taehyung is screaming from his spot across the room. Jungkook has shot his father-in-law in the arm. Jungkook motions in the brunette's direction, and Taehyung feels the cool press of steel against his arm. He starts to hyperventilate, and fresh tears spring forth. Not because the man is aiming a gun at his arm, but because his father makes no move to beg or ask or stop him from doing so.

Not even a flinch.

Jungkook nods, and a shot goes off. Taehyung shut his eyes and screamed, waiting for the pain. But nothing comes. He opens his eyes, and his father still hasn't moved. The man who has aimed the gun at his arm has shot it millimeters away from his skin. Taehyung's guess is to get some kind of reaction out of his dad.

But he gets none.

"You are a fool to give away something so precious for your gain. And to give him (Taehyung) to me, of all people. You knew very well how merciless I am still you gave me your naive creature just for me to use him, fuck him as my wish. Just a damn fool. You are a careless bastard, and you deserve to die."

Jungkook pauses. "But I must wait on my father's orders before I do anything."

The revenette walks over to his brunette's trembling form and squats down in front of him.
