Batman/Kim Possible 2

Prelude

It's another beautiful sunny day in Middleton. At Bueno Nacho there's big crowd of people ordering their fast foods, as always. Kim (in her casual clothes) and her female best friend Monique are sitting at one of the tables, on the opposite sides of their table, facing each other and eating their Burritos.

Monique (to Kim): So let me get this strait...THE Batman, just came to your house and asked you and Ron to work with him!?

Kim (to Monique): Pretty much.

Kim takes a bite out of her Burrito.

Monique (to Kim): And together you stopped Drakken from destroying Prague!?

Monique takes a quick bite out of her Burrito.

Kim (to Monique): Yup.

Kim takes a bite out of her Burrito.

Monique: And no one knows about it except your parents?

Kim: Yeah. I mean, now you know it too. I hope you won't tell anyone.

Kim smirks at Monique.

Monique: Don't worry, your secret is safe with me girl.

Monique smiles at Kim and takes a bit out of her Burrito.

Kim: That's good! Batman would kill me if anyone found out about this.

Kim smiles playing nervous.

Monique: Well, if Bonnie heard about it, she'd be so jealous she'd explode!

Kim: Oh yeah. So what if she knows „Smash Mouth's personal trainer" I know the Dark Knight of Gotham! I can imagine her face!

Monique: It would probably be somewhere between "I hate you" and "I can't stand that she knows the best and most handsome superhero of all time"!

Kim: (giggle) Definitely more the latter.

Both girls continue to eat their Burritos when suddenly Ron (in his casual clothes), with trusted Naked Mole Rat – Rufus sitting on his right shoulder, approaches them with a tray of two Nacos in his hands.

Ron (to Kim And Monique): Hey, girls, what are you talking about?

Kim (to Ron): Um well...basically...we're talking about our little team up with Batman from a week ago.

Monique: And how Bonnie would be jealous if she found out.

Ron: That's cool.

Ron sits next to Monique.

Ron (to Monique): I have to tell you, Monique...Batman is a really cool guy!

Rufus jumps onto the table from Ron's shoulder and starts eating one of the Naco's eagerly.

Suddenly, Kim's High School rival, Bonnie Rockwaller approaches their table.

Bonnie (to Kim): Oh hi Kim.

Kim (to Bonnie): Ugh, hi Bonnie.

Kim rolls her eyes.

Kim (to Bonnie): Do you want...talk about something?

Bonnie: No, I just wanted to say that I'm having a party on friday that I'm not inviting you to it...

Monique: What a surprise...

Bonnie: But Kim will be allowed to come, on one condition.

Kim (to Bonnie): What „condition"?

Bonnie (to Kim): Well...I heard that you recently...teamed up...with someone special...

Kim, Ron and Monique look at each other worriedly.

Kim: If you're talking about Ron, you realized it's a little late...

Bonnie: Don't pretend you don't know what I'm talking about Kim! I know that you recently teamed up with Batman!

Kim freezes, but she still tries to act cool.

Kim: Oh Bonnie...what are you talking about? Do you think a superhero like Batman really has time to work with teenagers like us?

Bonnie: You can't fool me! Some people saw his plane landing in front of your house and you got out of it with him.

Kim: And you asked if it wasn't a Global Justice jet? Anyway, why are you suddenly interested in Batman?

Bonnie: Well I'M NOT...but the rest of our squad, are raving about him, well except Tara because she's more into his sidekick or whatever. The point is it would make my party very popular at school if he showed up at my party! If you don't want to take advantage of this "partnership", at least let someone else take it! So what will it be like?

Kim: Sorry, Bonnie, but Batman doesn't really go to teenage parties because he likes to stay "under the radar." Even if I knew him, and I don't, I can't convince him. Besides, you know that I wouldn't go to any party without my friends anyway...so that's that.

Bonnie: (angry sigh) FINE, your loss! But I know you know him anyway! And I'm going to prove it!

Kim: Well, good luck then.

Bonnie: See you later losers.

Bonnie walks away from them and leaves the building.

Monique: Well done Kim! You brushed her off brilliantly!

Kim: Thanks! After that much time, I know how to get back at her.

Ron (to Kim): You really think Bonnie can prove we worked with Batman?

Kim: We'll worry about that later, for now...let's eat.

Ron: I'm all for that idea!

Ron grabs his Naco and starts eating with it, along with Rufus, causing him to splash some cheese all over the table. Kim and Monique look on with mild disgust.

Kim: (sigh) That's all Ron.

Monique: Yup.

Both girls smile.

Sometime later, Kim, Ron and Monique leave Bueno Nacho. When they exit this fast food establishment, Monique separates and walks away from them.

Kim: Bye Monique!

Monique: Bye Kim! Bye Ron! See you tomorrow!

Ron: See ya!

Suddenly Kim's Kimmunicator starts to beep. She takes it out of her pocket.

Kim (to Wade via Kimmunicator): What's the sitch, Wade?

Wade (to Kim via Kimmunicator): Kim. I got two things to tell you.

Kim (to Wade via Kimmunicator): Shoot.

Wade (to Kim via Kimmunicator): The first is that I just finished your improved Grappling Hook. You can collect it in the evening.

Kim (to Wade via Kimmunicator): Awesome! And that second thing?

Wade (to Kim via Kimmunicator): Well. Someone have sended a distress signal from an abandoned warehouse near Blüdhaven. There is no information about who send it or why.

Kim (to Wade via Kimmunicator): Hmm. It's a bit suspicious, but we'll check it out anyway.

Wade (to Kim via Kimmunicator): Okay, just be careful! I will arrange the transport for you, right now. Be in touch!

Wade hangs up and Kim puts away her Kimmunicator away.

Kim (to Ron): Come on Ron. We have work to do.

Ron (to Kim): Booyah, let's go!
