Chapter 11: Up To The Base

Batwing flies above the Alps. It's early morning and sun can be seen very low from eastern side. Inside of Batwing's cockpit Batman sits behind steering while looking at his Spare Kimmunicator screen that he holds in his left hand where their current location is shown when suddenly Wade appears on screen.

Wade (to Batman and Shego via Spare Kimmunicator): Heads up guys...the beacon stoped moving a minute ago.

Batman (to Wade via Spare Kimmunicator): Where did it stoped?

Wade (to Wade via Spare Kimmunicator): It seems like their transport landed on the top of the mountain...almost 3000 meters above sea level!

Batman (to Wade via Spare Kimmunicator): Then that's where Dementor's base is. Can you scan this peak the same way as you did the castle?

Wade (to Wade via Spare Kimmunicator): Give me five seconds...(he presses keys on the keyboard fast) done...AND YES, I've detected not only building there but also two radar towers and two long range missile launchers...SO IT'S DEFINITELY A VILLAIN BASE!

Shego: Nice...FINALLY we found it! Now let's get in there and save those losers.

Batman: It's not going to be that easy. We can't fly directly there with these countermeasures in place. We need to leave Batwing in the valley and go there on foot.

Shego: Um, hello, it's almost 3000 meters above sea level! Not to be a downer...but it's not as easy as walk in the park.

Wade (to Batman and Shego via Spare Kimmunicator): Well...I might have a solution to this.

Batman (to Wade via Spare Kimmunicator): Go ahead...

Wade (to Batman via Spare Kimmunicator): Satelite view shows...a ski resort underneath this mountain. It means there has to be some ski lifts that can get you close to this peak without being detected. I'll send you the location of the valley from where lower station of the first lift is and I try to dig up more about this mountain and base on there.

Batman (to Wade via Spare Kimmunicator): Good idea. I'll contact you when we land. Batman out.

Wade hangs up and on Spare Kimmunicator's screen appears satelite map of the Alps, with two red dots, one of Batwing's current possiton and one of the lower station of the first lift is.

Shego: So...this is it...we save Kimmie and her sidekick...and then we go our seperate ways...

Batman: Yes.

Shego: Wow...who would thought that I would actually not want this „team up" to end...yet here we are.

Batman: It's not over yet...you were right earlier that Dementor was expecting me...and now they're expect both of us. We're going to enter in quietly...but if anything goes wrong we need a backup plan.

Shego: What do you have in mind this time Bats?

Batwing takes a slight turn right.

Sometime later in the valley. Batwing lands vertically on the field near the parking lot which is located near Cable Car Station. Engine of Batwing turns off and cockpit opens. Batman and Shego exit the plane and cockpit closes.

Shego: Wow...that's a really high mountains...you know how to ski Bats?

Batman: I do...and you?

Shego: Yeah...haven't practise much, but I can slide down if needed.

Suddenly Batman's Spare Kimmunicator starts to beep so he takes it out and answers it.
