christmas flew by. colson and lexi spend the morning with just casie to open their presents. later that day they went to visit lexi's mom, to also invite her to come to new york for new years. and that night with lizzy's family, they really wanted lexi to come with her 'new boyfriend and his daughter' because they haven't seen her in a while.

today they are flying to new york. it's the 30th of december and 5 in the morning so they have a day in new york aswell before the actual last day of the year and the show. lexi is packing her outfit to perform with colson tomorrow night. she's done it before but she's still scared altough she loved every second of it.

''babe! can you come here for a second?'' colson walks inside her room, she still has all of her clothes there. ''should i wear the white tank top or the black thing for the concert?'' she hold up both of the tops. colson looks at the rest of the outfit she has put down on the bed, ''the black one. because you'll look sexy as fuck and it matches better with the rest'' he nods happy with his desicion.

lexi laughs ''black one it is'' she smiles and leans in to kiss him. the kiss get's more passionate, lexi always has to get on her tippy toes to reach his face. ''eww!'' casie shouts as she walks in on the two, they quickly pull appart and laugh at the girl.

casie is staying with colson and lexi for 4 more days until she goes back to her actual mom. lexi does feel bad towards emma that casie refers to her as mom now too. she doesn't want her to feel like she's a bad mother because lexi is sure she isn't. but she isn't going tell a child what to and what not to call her. esspecially if she wanted to herself.

lexi, colson, casie, lizzy, ealenor and the whole crew are getting into colson's private jet. it's insanely beautifull inside. it's bigger on the inside they thought at first. ''this must be mama dagon?'' rook asks ealenor once she enters the jet aswell. ''not anymore, but i am lexi's mother. who are you if i may ask?'' she respondes.

''oh mom, this is rook. that's slim, dub, sophie and justin they are part of the band. and that's bobby and jack, they're our guards'' lexi introduces them to her so she knows who's who. ''everyone this is my mom, ealenor solace'' they all smile at ealenor and wave. ''please sit wherever you want'' colson tells her, casie had already ran to th bedroom to play on her ipad there.

''oh, do you mind if we smoke here?'' rook asks ealenor as she sits down. lexi mentally smacks herself. ''i don't mind. go right ahead'' she smiles, she used to be a smoker herself so she get's it. most people light something up some time later, the jet has already took off.

rook gives lexi a weird look ''do you not want a blunt?'' he asks. lexi panics, she has never told her mom she smokes or anything. ''no thank you'' lexi says awkwardly, her mom turns to her with a chuckle. ''i know you smoke lexi. you think i never checked the backyard camera's?'' colson sniggers at this, lexi smacks his arm.

''i thought you hated smokers?'' lexi asks confused, ''i smoked myself honey. i only said i did so you or jason wouldn't start, but i get it. plus you're an adult so can make these disicions yourself'' she has a point.

lexi smirks and stands up, she grisses rook's blunt out of his hand and sit's beside her mom. ''hey that was mine!'' rook protest and tries to get it back but lexi hands it to her mom. now rook doesn't do anything, ''one day lexi, one day'' he hisses to her and goes back to his place.

ealenor holds the blunt and doesn't know if she's going to take a hit or not. ''come on miss solace, take a hit'' slim cheers her on. she looks at her daughter who nods, ''you don't have to, i just want to see you smoke before i die'' lexi giggles. ealenor takes a hit and they all clap for her, she does cough it up. ''you're offically the coolest mother i know'' rook laughs, ''rook stop hitting on my mom. having you as a friend is more than enough'' lexi says.

''damn she got you good'' lizzy laughs at rook. he rolls his eyes ''i'm not hitting on anyone, altough i'd be a great stepdad'' he smirks. ''be so real, you'd suck and i would gag just by the sight of you. that would be my worst nightmare come true'' lexi says pulling a gross face.

ealenor can't stop smiling. she loves to see her daughter happy like this. she knows how much these people mean to her, they took her in when she had nowhere to go. she can see they love her, just by looking at their faces when talking to her.

some hours go by and the jet lands in new york. colson calls ubers for everyone to the hotel right now so they don't have to wait much longer when they get their suitcases. ''come on cas, we're here'' lizzy says opening the door to the bedroom only to see her asleep in the big bed. lexi smiles seeing the little girl, she carefully picks her up to not wake her.

''the mother role suits you'' ealenor whispers, she kisses lexi's cheek before walking off. lizzy get's her bestfriends suitcase and colson get's casie's one. the ubers stop infront of them, the group spilts up in the ubers. the 3 ubers drive behind eachother towards the hotel for two nights. they left early this morning, so one's they get to the hotel they mostly are there to drop off their stuff. then they'll go into the city to go shopping or something.

lizzy asks the driver if he can put on some music, he gives lizzy full control of the music. it's colson, lizzy, casie who's on colson's lap slim and lexi in this car so she plays mgk ofcourse. ''i know this song'' the driver says singing to death in my pocket. ''that's mgk and his girlfriend right?'' the driver asks, lizzy grins. ''yup, and they're in your car'' she sniggers, the driver looks in the mirror to see the two

''how did i not see mgk got into my car?!'' he says still in slight shock. ''can i please get a picture once we get to your destination?'' colson chuckles ''sure man, just get us there safe'' he replies. the driver nods, all his attention go to the road.

the car stops right infront of the hotel. the car infront of them is bobby and jack so they get out to escort them inside. colson takes a quick pictures with the driver and pays him. lexi get's her mom's arm so she doesn't get lost in the crowd of paps. ''this is a bit extreem isn't it?'' ealenor asks her daughter. ''yeah, i'm still not used to it. oh and put your head down, they want you to smile for their pictures'' she laughs, bobby and jack make sure everyone get's inside safefully.

other guard had already pushed back some paps that tried getting into the hotel. colson check in all the rooms. ''we have 5 rooms so we're going to have to share'' he tells everyone, they pair up in groups since they're all 4 person rooms. Some have 4 people some 3 and one has 2

Room 564: Lizzy, ealenor and Sophie

Room 565: rook, slim, dub and Justin

Room 566: Bobby and jack

Other crew members like colson's manager are arriving tomorrow evening. For now it's the most important the band is together to do sound check tomorrow. everyone is is their room setteling in. clothes are in the closet and everyone is ready to lave again and go shopping. the hotel isn't far away from stores so they just walk there. they all have to cover themselves a little, they also leave the hotel in groups to get attention away from colson. 

bobby and jack do their absolute best to keep the paps away. most of them had already left so there's less now. lexi does wonder who calls these people to tell them where they are going to be. 

casie and ealenor stayed behind. colson doesn't want casie to be seen by the media like this, ealenor offerd to stay with her. she's seen casie multiple times now and casie seems to like her. ''can we go to chanel first?'' lizzy asks as they make their way out of the crowd. ''yes'' sophie breathes out. 

the group went shopping and had lunch together. the girls got a shit ton of new clothes, not that they needed them but it's fun. colson got some new rings and the others bought some clothes or jewelery aswell.
