''hey lexi right?'' jimmy asks shaking her hand, ''yeah, nice to meet you'' she smiles at him. ''pleasure is all mine, are you ready to sing tonight?'' he asks sitting down beside her, lexi is getting her hair and make up done in colson's dressing room as well. ''i'm always nervous at first but i'm ready'' she responds. ''i think she's born to perform, but who am i?'' colson grins at lexi, ''then this won't be a big thing'' jimmy laughs.
lexi's make up and hair is done. jimmy and colson are still talking until lexi get's up, ''oh i forgot to ask, would you want to come on before you are going to perform to awnser some questions?'' jimmy asks turning to her.
lexi looks at colson who is nodding violantly, ''sure'' she smiles following colson's 'advice'. ''great, my team and i will give you a sign'' jimmy says before leaving the dressing room. ''thank you'' lexi tells him as he shuts the door.
lexi let's out a sigh nerves already kicking in, ''you got this baby, they will only ask you some questions about us probably and maybe a little about your life. you don't have to awnser questions you don't want to awnser'' he assures her. he stands up to embrace her short body, she makes sure to not smudge her fresh make up on his shirt.
a knock is heard on the door, ''come in!'' colson shouts not wanting to let go of lexi just yet. slim, justin and rook enter their dressing room, ''we heard you're also getting intrviewed'' rook says grinning at lexi. ''yeah'' she simply replies still hugging colson, ''are you worried?'' justin asks. ''of course i am, but i won't be alone'' she smiles up at colson how softly pecks her lips.
''well you better start getting dressed then, colson is up in 10 minutes'' slim says grabbing rook's arm to drag him out of the dressing room again, justin following them. colson puts on his outfit, it's leather pants, a glittery long sleeved shirt and put a black shirt over it.

''you look handsome'' lexi smiles at him while getting changed still, ''thank you baby'' he smiles back. lexi decides to keep on the jacket until they perfrom because she always get's hot when she is on any stage from the nerves.

''please welcome colson baker!'' jimmy says raising his voice a little, he stands up and gives colson a hand. the people in the audiance clap and cheer when colson shows up. he sits down in one of the chairs next to jimmy's desk, ''it's weird not hearing machine gun kelly'' colson says. ''yeah, is it odd now since you've become so famous as machine gun that it's not colson anymore?'' jimmy asks leaning on his desk.
''i haven't been colson since i was 15. since i was 15 i was lik uh machine gun kelly'' colson explains. ''yeah. but colson is just better for like movies?'' jimmy asks curiously, ''you know nickelodeon and disney don't like machine gun'' he jokes. jimmy laughs and so does he audiance, ''that makes a lot of sence.''
''for my friends and family it's still colson but on anything else it's just machine gun kelly.'' lexi get's that, on every interview or youtube video he's called machine gun kelly. his fans also say that instead of colson. just her and his friends call him colson.
