''daddy wake up'' casie whispers in his ear, then she turns to lexi and tells her the same. the both of them slowly wake up, casie starts jumping on the bed. colson is the first one to fully be awake, he pulls casie down and tickles her. her cute giggles escape her mouth, she kicking around to make her dad stop. 

lexi is still half asleep, she barely had any sleep last night for some reason. she hears colson and casie whispering to eachother and that's when they attack her with tickles. ''s- stop!'' she manages to get out in-between laughs. they eventually stop when she runs out of oxegen. 

''do you know what today is?'' colson asks both of his girls, ''no, what?'' casie asks. a smile forms on lexi's face when she realised today is the day. ''your new song drops'' lexi smiles, ''correct! so wee should invite some friends over to celebrate together. not a whole party just some close friends'' colson says. 

lexi nods ''love the idea'' she states. colson kisses her ''thanks'' a grin is on his face,  ''ew daddy!'' casie says pulling a grossed out face. ''what's ew?'' colson asks playfully, ''kissing'' casie respondes. ''you mean this?'' colson asks pulling lexi closer and kissing her passionatly again. ''yes ew!'' casie shouts, she jumps off the bed and runs out of the room. 

they hear casie talking to rook but they can't hear what they're saying. seconds later rook walks in with casie holding his hand, ''i have to tell you guys to stop kissing, so stop kissing!'' he tells her strictly. he tries to stay serious which he actually manages to do, ''sorry sir'' colson tells him jokingly. 

''say sorry to the kid not me'' rook says pointing at casie who is still holding his hand. ''sorry cas, we won't do again. near you atleast'' colson tells her, ''yeah sorry bub'' lexi adds. ''is that enough?'' rook asks casie, she nods ''apology excepted'' 

rook and casie go downstairs together leaving lexi and colson alone. lexi lays back down and closes her eyes, ''are you that tired?''colson asks. she's usually the first one up and out of bed, she only nods trying to sleep again.  ''we have a lot to do today baby, i'll let you sleep for another 30 minutes'' he whispers to her. 

he kisses her cheek before getting out of bed himself and taking a shower. colson was invited to do a youtube video for a channel, ashleigh told him about it yesterday so he has to go. then he's going to the studio for an hour or so to work on  the new album he's making. and lastly go back home for the release of 'bloody valentine'. 

he can't wait for lexi to her, he wrote the song about her. the meaning behind is might be hard to understand for some people but he's basicly telling her how much he loves her. the actual meaning is a relationship with some toxicity and manipulation in it but that's not really the case in their relationship. he wrote the song about his love for her but also for his fans and other people to relate to. so it's not only towards lexi.

once he finishes his shower and getting himself ready he silently makes his way downstairs. rook and casie are watching a childerens show with full attention. ''rook, you're such a child'' colson laughs, ''it's actually fun, don't act as if you've never watched something with her you enjoyed'' rook rolls his eyes. colson nods, he's right, ofcourse he enjoyed shows casie watches like paw patrol. 

he makes some breakfast for casie and himself, rook made some himself. ''do you want to help me make breakfast for lexi?'' colson asks his daughter when the finish theirs, ''yes'' she squeals. he gives her some bread to put in the toaster carefully while he cuts some fruit like strawberries and apple. 

once the bread is toasted he spreads some nutella on them and puts the strawberries on it as well. casie puts the apple next to the bread while colson pours some orange juice into a glass and some coffee in a mug.
