I yawn as I wake up (or as known unplug myself from my charger) And get ready for the day. I try to fix my bowtie before looking over at a picture frame that caught my attention. I realize it's a photo of me and Shelly and quickly shuffle to lay it face down, I wait for a moment for the blush lines on my face to disappear, Why can't I stop thinking about her?.. it's driving me nuts! Every dream every thought "How's shelly doing" "Me and shelly could be on a picnic!" Ugh.. I mutter to myself "I don't need her.." I open the door to my house and walk out ready to talk to my friends, I didn't have anything to do rather than help Shelly find dinosaur bones or whatever...wait.. SHELLY! I realize my attenas spring up as I start to overheat (blush) I walk faster to where all the toons hangout, I could see Astro today and hangout! I run up to Astro as he smiles at me, Dandy gives a small wave sitting on the edge of the water fountain in the middle of town. Dandy starts rambling about plants and nature and tapes.. My eyes drift off looking atound the place until I see her.. Shelly. Apparently I was blushing and smiling a bit since Dandy says "Ooooh, what's making you so happy Vee?" My attenas shoot up a bit startled then i look over at Dandy, "What, noooo! It's nobody!" I say awkwardly, they could probably tell I was lying. Dandy looks over to where i was looking at and gasps "YOU LIKE SH-" I immediately cover his mouth with my hands shushing him. "Don't say it so loud!" He takes my hands off his mouth still a little surprised "You like shelly?!" He whispers to me. I nod yes as i stand back up normally but still a little flustered as Astro lets out a chuckle Before looking back at me. "You have to tell her one day" he spoke softly. I look over to Shelly then back to Astro before making up my mind and saying "Okay! I'll ask her on a picnic tomorrow and tell her then!" Dandy and Astro look at eachother before agreeing it's a good idea... UNTIL I hear a small giggle behind me. I turn around swiftly to see Toodles,nothing bad right? Until you remember shes a Snitch! She immediately rushed off to Shelly and I trail behind her, with her size she's surprisingly very fast! Right as she reaches Shelly she starts tugging on her dress, I tried to stop before I crashed into them but ended up tripping and falling down, AND GUESS WHO CAUGHT ME.. Shelly. I was thinking about what type of wattpad story this is until Shelly breaks my day dreaming " Are you okay Vee?!" She sounded worried about me...she's so kind! She helps me up fully and after a while it clicks.. SHE WAS HOLDING MY HAND! MINE! I was staring at our hands holding one another before she realizes and takes her hand back rubbing the back of her head "Ack! Sorry I didn't mean to!" I put my hand down trying to sound cool and normal "Oh,uhm yeah it's okay I don't mind!" I look over to see Scraps and Tisha saying "ooooh!!!" Gigging to eachother I think they could tell I was flustered, but the question is, was Shelly also blushing?
