As the first rays of the morning sun peeked through the curtains, Vansh and Ridhima remained wrapped in each other's arms, the warmth of their bodies creating a cocoon of love and intimacy.
Ridhima woke up, the first thing she did was thank her lucky stars for bringing Vansh into her life. She leaned over to give him a gentle kiss on the forehead, but he snored and murmured, "Stay close with me." So she cuddled him more tightly and gazed at him lovingly.
Reluctantly, Ridhima slipped from bed to make breakfast for Vansh. As she moved around the room, she noticed their clothes scattered here and there, half-eaten food, wine, and juice glasses. She smiled a bit as she glanced at herself in the mirror, which was placed just opposite their bed.
As she touched the marks on her body given by her loving husband Vansh, she couldn't help but blush. She immediately went to the bathroom to freshen up and returned to the kitchen to make fresh juice and toast for Vansh.
When she brought the tray of breakfast to the bed, she found Vansh sleeping like a baby. She remembered how tired he was the previous night due to his hectic work schedule. She didn't want to wake him up, but she had to since he had to go to work early.
She put the tray aside and cuddled him from above the blanket, feeling like never leaving him. She pressed a soft kiss to his forehead, her heart swelling with affection.
Vansh's dark eyes fluttered open, meeting Ridhima's adoring gaze. He stretched, the remnants of sleep still clinging to his features. "Good morning, love," he murmured, his voice husky with sleep.
Ridhima's heart skipped a beat at the sight of his sleepy smile. "Good morning," she replied softly, running her fingers through his tousled hair. "I've made breakfast for you."
He pulled her closer, nuzzling into her neck. "You're too good to me," he said, his breath warm against her skin.
They sat up together, Vansh leaning against the headboard as Ridhima handed him the tray.
Suddenly, Vansh's phone rang, breaking the quiet calmness of the morning. He picked it up and saw that it was Ridhima's mom.
"Looks like someone wants to talk to you," he said, handing the phone to Ridhima with a smile.
Ridhima answered, "Hello, Mom."
From the other end, a tiny, excited voice chimed in, "Mumma! Mumma!"Ridhima's heart melted at the sound of her son's voice. "Ridhwik, my baby! How are you?"
"Mumma, I miss you," Ridhwik babbled, his words coming out in adorable baby talk. "Nana and Nani give me choco milk!"
Vansh leaned in closer, grinning as he listened. "And are you being a good boy for Nana and Nani?" he asked.
"Yes, Papa," Ridhwik replied, his little voice full of enthusiasm. "I play lots! When you come?"
Ridhima's mom chimed in, "He has been asking for you both since he woke up. He wanted to hear your voices."
