Hi friends,

I’m back! Isn’t it a bit of a bummer that we don’t have a rain scene with Riansh?

Riddhima stared out the window, watching the rain pour down in sheets. The soft patter of raindrops against the glass was soothing, but she was restless. Vansh had been on a business call for nearly an hour now, leaving her to her own devices.

Ugh, business! She thought, rolling her eyes. She turned away from the window, her bare feet making no sound on the hardwood floor as she crossed the room. She paused by the door of Vansh's study, hearing his deep voice resonating through the crack.

She pushed the door open slightly, peeking inside. Vansh was standing by the window, phone pressed to his ear, looking every bit the powerful businessman that he was. But Riddhima knew a different side of him, one that was hidden beneath his serious exterior. And she was in the mood to bring that side out.

Without a word, she walked into the study and slid her arms around his waist from behind, resting her head against his back. Vansh’s body stiffened for a moment, but he continued talking. She could feel the muscles in his back flexing with every word he spoke.

"Kya kar rahi ho, Riddhima?" he whispered over his shoulder, trying to maintain his composure.

"Mujhe bore ho raha hai," she murmured, her fingers trailing up his chest. "Aur tum kitni der se call pe ho…"

Vansh tried to stay focused but couldn't help smiling. He put the call on hold and replied softly, "Thodi der aur, sweetheart. Yeh important hai."

Riddhima pouted, though he couldn't see it. "Tumhaare liye business humesha important hota hai," she teased, letting her hands roam a bit more. "Lekin ab main tumhaare saath thoda time chahti hoon."

He took a deep breath, clearly trying to regain his composure. He unheld the call and said abruptly, "Main tumse baad mein baat karta hoon, Mr. Verma," before hanging up without waiting for a response.

He turned to face her, an amused yet stern look on his face. "Tumhe pata hai na ki tum mujhe distract kar rahi ho?"

She grinned up at him, unrepentant. "Haan, pata hai. Aur tumko pata hai ki tum kitne boring ho gaye ho?" She took a step back, crossing her arms over her chest in mock defiance. "Tum pehle aise nahi the."

Vansh raised an eyebrow, a playful challenge lighting up his eyes. "Acha? Aur pehle main kaisa tha?"

She tapped her chin thoughtfully. "Hmm... Pehle tum romantic aur adventurous the. Aur ab?" She gestured dramatically around his study. "Ab tum sirf kaam ke peeche bhaagte ho."

Vansh took a step closer, his smile widening. "Toh tum chahte ho ki main phirse romanti ban jaaun?"

Riddhima nodded, a mischievous twinkle in her eye. "Haan. Abhi ke abhi."

Without warning, Vansh scooped her up into his arms, making her squeal in surprise. He carried her out of the study and down the hallway, heading straight for the front door.

"Vansh, tum kya kar rahe ho?" she laughed, her arms instinctively wrapping around his neck.

He didn't answer, instead, he pushed open the door and stepped outside into the rain. The cool droplets soaked through their clothes almost instantly, but Vansh didn't stop. He carried her down the steps and into the middle of their garden.

"Vansh! Baarish ho rahi hai!" she exclaimed, laughing as the rain plastered her hair to her face.

"Exactly," he replied, setting her down gently on the wet grass. He looked at her, his eyes filled with a mix of playfulness and something deeper. "Tumne hi toh kaha tha ki main boring ho gaya hoon. Toh chalo, adventure karte hain."

Riddhima giggled, feeling a rush of excitement. She reached out and grabbed his hand, pulling him with her as she twirled around in the rain. They moved together, their laughter mingling with the sound of the rain.

After a few moments, Vansh pulled her close, his hands finding their familiar place on her waist. He leaned down, his lips brushing her ear as he whispered, "Mujhe yaad hai ki tumhe baarish kitni pasand hai."

Riddhima's heart fluttered at his words. "Aur mujhe tum pasand ho," she whispered back, tilting her head up to meet his gaze.

For a moment, they stood there, soaked to the skin, but neither of them cared. The rain was cold, but the warmth in Vansh's eyes made her feel like she was standing in the sun.

He leaned down and kissed her, his lips warm against hers despite the rain. Riddhima melted into the kiss, her arms tightening around his neck. The world around them disappeared; there was only Vansh, and the rain, and the beating of their hearts.

When they finally pulled apart, both of them were breathless. Vansh rested his forehead against hers, smiling. "Toh, Mrs. RaiSinghania, kya ab main utna boring nahi raha?"

Riddhima laughed softly, her cheeks tinged with a warm blush. "Bilkul nahi. Tum phirse mere wahi pehle waale Vansh ho."

Vansh grinned, holding her close. "Aur tum humesha meri Riddhima rahogi."

He leaned in and kissed her forehead. His lips lingered, as if sealing a promise.

Ridhima shivered a bit. “Let’s go inside. It’s getting cold out here.”

Vansh nodded and led her toward the room. “How about a hot bath together?”

Ridhima giggled. “That sounds perfect.”

Then they walked back to the room.
