After school, Aurora, Quinn, Ryan and Finn were outside of the Hudson residence helping Carole cleaning out all the junk that had been left in her old car, " Mom. When was this from?" Finn called out from the front of the car holding out a photograph as Carole threw the trash away before making her way over to her son, "oh, that's the year your dad and i went to the rosebowl."

"Mom, you look really pretty" Finn smiled at his mother who pinched his checks and replied, "thank you sweetheart" Finn had a curious look on his face and asked, " so what happened?" Carole eyes widened taken back by her son's words, " Well, Finn, everyone gets older..." Finn shook his head looking at his mother and corrected, " I mean, what happened in the game?"

Carole had a thoughtful expression on her face smiling at the memories she had with her husband, "we got our butts kicked by penn state. the parade was awesome though. angela lansbury was the grand marshal. good times, she wrote. Okay guys, let's get back to it. No ones gonna buy this heap looking this way" Aurora walked around the car holding up a pink baby blanket, " Ew. Mom, which one is the garbage can"

"Um, it's..." Carole turned around to face her daughter but paused when she saw the blanket in her hands, " Honey, you can't throw that away. It's blankety" the youngest Hudson frowned with a confused look on her face, " it's disgusting" Carole grabbed the blanket from her daughter's hands, " No, sweetie. You loved blankety. You wouldn't go anywhere without him. Well, until Finn threw up on it"

Finn chuckled with an amused grin on his face, " Yeah, I used to to throw up all the time. remember buckety?" Aurora raised her brows at her brother when Carole spotted something familiar in the car, " Oh, look at this" Aurora frowned with a confused look on her face, " what is that?" Carole stayed silent for a moment looking at the jar in her hands, " we went to the beach one day, and Finn had such a good time that he wanted to bring home a jar of sunshine so he could always remember"

Finn quickly snatched the jar from his mothers hands, "oh, no, don't open it" Quinn made her way over to stand by her best friend as Ryan spoke up with an amused look on his face and asked, "you really think you trapped sunshine in there?" Aurora scrunched her face up in disgust and resorted, "i'm just letting you know now, i'm not taking care of him when you die" Quinn chuckled in amusement as Carole eyes widened as she looked at her daughter and scolded her, " stop. it sweet"

The sound of Carole phone going off was heard causing her to pull it out of her pocket, " Hey, it's that guy who came by earlier who was really interested. Hey, Nick. really? really? well, that's great.yeah, no, swing by anytime. we're here all day, thanks" Carole ended the phone call looking over at the teenagers, " Nick not picking up the car until tomorrow what do you say we take it for one last spin before it's gone forever"

Carole tried opening the door but it was jammed causing her to kick the door opening it, " come on, get in, get in" Aurora, Ryan and Quinn squeezed in the back of the car with Finn and Carole who were sat in the front. It didn't take long until they drove to get some food only Finn and Ryan were stuffing their faces with food, " Finn, Ryan, slow down no one's gonna take your food away. wow, this place has really changed. time marches on, huh? see that starbucks down there? you know what that used to be?"
