Outside the Mayor's office, Anderson stands in the crowd outside waiting for the new mayor to make his speech but as the Mayor steps onto the stage, the plague goo starts to slowly rise from the nearby drains, inciting a panic. Anderson starts to evacuate the public but was only able to save around 25 people including himself.
The Mayor was safely brought back into the Office. A Shadow Portal opens as Dark Plague appears in the public for the first time, "Your time is up, citizens of New Vine City." They said as the plague goo around the trapped civilians starts to infect them, Anderson and the people he saved starts to run away but Dark Plague using one of Plague Beings grabs Anderson's legs and slowly drags him over with Anderson struggling but Crow lands behind him and fires green lightning towards the Plague Being, making it release it's grip before grabbing Anderson and flying away.
"Where are you bring me?" Anderson asks Crow, which they reply, "Alchemy Labs, at this point you are putting yourself in the line of fire and yes I know you are a cop but this is not your fight, Sargent."

Arriving in Alchemy Labs, Crow takes of their helmet as they walk into the Cortex with Anderson. "Choco Levaire?" Anderson says in shock and as he looks around the room, he sees the Star Struck suit on display. "So Alchemy Labs and Levaire Industries are helping the heroes of New Vine City, that's good to see but why did you bring me here?" Anderson asks. "Because, almost every time we fought Void Walker, you were always there trying to help so I talked to your captain and asked if you could be our bridge between us and the NVPD." Dr Lestrange says as he entered the room from the med bay.
"Those were only coincidences, and I was just doing my job, protecting lives," Anderson says. "But today shows that, we need more help, with Dark Plague revealing themselves, Star Struck and Crow aren't enough, and our new friend Bloodhounder said that you were there during our final stand in the future, so this is for you." Dr Lestrange says before putting a briefcase on the table and opening it.
Inside the box is a Device and a large bottle or can like item, "It's called The Alchemist Riser, you put it on your waist and attach the Infuser into the slot, and I think you know the rest," Dr Lestrange says before he also hands Anderson a set of keys, "Go to the elevator and press 1, when you go out, turn left into the garage, there's something waiting for you."
As Anderson in the Alchemy Labs Garage, he sees a souped up motorbike with two Tesla Cannons attached onto the sides, "Oh now this is fucking sick." He says before he gets onto the bike and heads towards city hall.

Arriving at City Hall, Anderson sees that the infection has gotten worse as Plague Beings walk around, he rides towards them activating the Tesla Cannons before firing shots at the Plague before stopping as Plague beings notices him.
"I guess it's time to use this," He says before opening the case and putting on the Alchemist Riser and inserting the Infuser into the slot, "Let's do this," Ander turns the crank as he gets raised from the ground as tubes appear around him, "Are you ready?" the Alchemist Riser says before the suit forms around Anderson.
"This is cool," Anderson says before fighting the Plague Beings, "Anderson, on your right arm, there's a screen, press the lightning." Anderson presses the lightning button and gauntlets appear on his arms, as it sparks electricity.
"This will be over so quickly," he says as he punches his way through the Plague Beings, splitting the Plague from the captured civilians
He reaches City Hall, but Dark Plague was long gone, leaving behind a Plague Monster. Anderson calls his new Motorbike, getting on it he locks the gauntlets into 2 slots charging the Tesla Cannons to it's maximum. "EAT LIGHTNING!" Anderson yells before firing the tesla cannon, creating a contained explosion inside the Monster, the human host drops to the ground while the Plague almost slips away but Anderson captures it with the bike.

Arriving back at Alchemy Labs, Anderson hands Dr Lestrange the tube that contains a portion of the Plague which he places into a room that freezes to bellow freezing temperature.
"That felt good, who made the Alchemy Riser anyways?" Anderson asks, Choco and Spirit who were in the Cortext during the fight looks at each other and shrugs, they all head home.

Dr Lestrange arrives back at his home, a large house in a neighborhood that is on the hillside. As he enters he notices something is off, he quickly goes to his hidden gun safe but it has been opened, he sees red eyes in the shadows as gun shots are fired. "Jason, Jason, Jason. We were once friends but now I will be your doom." The Shadow Figure says before the gun is dropped and the red eyes fade into the darkness.
