Episode 4: The First Encounters

"Ringing!!" The alarms at New Vine City Bank gets engaged minutes after 4 Robbers entered the building, 2 of them are with the hostages while the other 2 are breaking into the vault. Outside, Sargent Anderson is holding a Megaphone, "Tio Rumio! Come out or else we will drag you and your friends out ourselves!" with no response, Sargent Anderson and his men enter the Bank but the robbers have been tied down with a glimpse of a purple suited figure running off.

Few mins before, Spirit and Cara are listening over the Police Radio and hears about a Bank robbery, "This could be your change! I got my car keys, maybe grab your jacket, a mask and your sunglasses!" Cara suggests, Spirit gets dressed, in her purple hoodie, sunglasses, mask and track pants, Spirit and Cara drive to the back of New Vine City Bank. Spirit sneaks in and knocks out the 2 robbers by the vault before heading to the front, hearing Sargent Anderson. She knocks out Tio and the last robber, tying them up before running back to where she came from, barely spotted by Anderson.

Anderson follows where Spirit went, he catches up to her and says, "You single handedly beat Tio Rumio, who are you?" "You can call me Star Struck," Spirits says before running off.

As Spirit and Cara return back to their dorm, they see Dr Lestrange in their living room. "Welcome back, risking your life stopping a bank robbery with a baseball bat." Lestrange says. "How did you get into our apartment Doctor?" Cara asks, Dr Lestrange waves keys that Cara dropped. "Found where you guys studied, I'm offically funding your Art studies also you dropped your keys." Spirit facepalms.

"Why are you here Dr Lestrange?" Spirit asks, "Well, to invite you two to Alchemy Labs. Since your visit to my residence, FEMA said that Alchemy Labs is alright to go back to." Dr Lestrange says before walking out and gesturing to them to follow.

In the hideout of the Plague, Han sits with the Plague Followers, standing in front of them. Anakin walks in their outfit, green sleeveless top with a hood and a vail covering their face, blue pants and grey shoes, and a cape. "Looking good, Anakin but I think we should call you Void Walker," Han says, suggesting Anakin's alias name.

"Void Walker... I like it," Anakin says, agreeing with the name. "Void Walker, do me a favor and attack down town, I heard there was a festival happening, we shall get more people to join our cause," Han says. Anakin nods before disappearing into the shadows.

At Alchemy Labs, Dr Lestrange leads Spirit and Cara to the Cortex, the main room of the building. "This is where we will operate out off, while you is out fighting crime, me and Cara will be your eyes around the city, going down the elevator we came from will bring you to a testing chamber, we used to use it for testing things we made but I think you can use it to test your powers." Dr Lestrange says.

"Wait, what's that on the screen?" Cara asks, "Suit designs, we used to make protective gear for the United States of Australia Military but broke off the contract after 2 years. Spirit can use one of them, since I don't think a hoodie will cut it." Dr Lestrange explains.

Spirit looks at the designs, choosing one with flight capabilities, a suit with Mechanical Wings and hidden claws in the gloves, "Ah the Flight Armor that was going to be used for the United States Air Force, good choice. Now let's get you fitted," Dr Lestrange says before the three head to another section of the Lab, The Armory.

Anakin appears in an alleyway between Downtown New Vine and Chinatown, watching as the parade went by, spotting a lone cop, he runs at him, grabbing their gun and fired a round into their head, killing them on the spot. The loud bang causing panic, in Anakin's mind, he hears Han, "Good work, I have some friends that can help." from the drains comes out the black goo as they form into Plague beings before attacking civilians.

Back at Alchemy Labs, just as they finish making Spirit's suit, their system alerts them to an attack Downtown, "Time to test this out!" Spirit says, as she goes Downtown, Dr Lestrange and Cara head back up to the Cortex.

Spirit arrives Downtown and sees the chaos, she creates a crystal sword using sewer water before flying in and starts to battle the Plague beings, "What the hell are these things?" Spirit says through the comms. "No clue, it looks like some symbiote, be careful," Dr Lestrange says.

Spirit sees the Plague beings infect a couple of the bystanders before they go down into the nearby drains. She spots Anakin attacking civilians and flies at them, knocking them over. "Oi! Are you behind this?!" Spirit yells but before she could grab him, he disappears into the shadows.

Anakin arrives back in the hideout, Han looks impressed. "From that attack, you have gained us more followers. Good Job, Void Walker," Han says, Anakin nods.

Spirit flies back to Alchemy Labs, going into the Cortex, taking of her helmet as soon as she enters. "That fight was not going in my favor there, there was a guy. He turned into a shadow and disappeared, I wasn't the only one with powers?" Spirit asks Dr Lestrange, "There could be a possibility that what happened to you, happened to a lot of people in New Vine City.."
