"You're right. Who am I kidding, love?"

Third Person POV

The polaroid photo would've looked so much better if it weren't for the tattooed hand, that had the word 'sin' engraved into it, blocking the tree.
"I'll be keeping that," Hanma plucked the photo from her hands and she turned to him with a scowl.
When the hell did he even get here? It's the weekend. She already saw him five days out of the week, she didn't need to see him any more than that.
"So, what's with the camera—?" The golden-eyed teen started until he caught a closer glimpse of the look of detestation on his class rep's face— her arms were crossed over her chest and she looked more unamused than usual, "Woah, what's with that face? Aren't you happy to see your boyfriend, doll?"
"No," she unhesitatingly replied.
"First of all, ouch," he grinned and pocketed the photo in his pockets, "Second, you can't be that upset at me, can you? I just so happen to spot you while I'm passing by. Can't hurt to say 'hi'."
He then stuffed his hands in his pockets and leaned closer to her. Unflinchingly, she stared at him with a dead look in her eyes.
"So, I'm going to try this again and you're going to shuffle your answer," the cocky delinquent with a shit-eating grin appeared more entertained by the second, "Hello, doll, what's with the camera?"
As much as (y/n) wanted to protest, she knew better than to argue with Hanma over stuff like this. After all, it's been two months since they first met. Nothing has changed in that regard. He was still irritating as ever and she still hasn't cracked a ghost-of-a-smile.
And in the month-and-a-half that they were 'dating', her bullies has left her alone. No death threats, no writing on her desk, no messing up her class representative duties— nothing. Everything was just so oddly quiet, and she couldn't help but to think that something might happen. It also slightly irked her that it took her dating a fearsome delinquent for these bullies to back off, but she should've figured that not everyone follows basic morals or school rules to just... not bully someone.
(Y/n) wanted to break off their arrangement since everything settled down, but for whatever reason, Hanma was reluctant. Something along the lines of 'Let's just wait it out until summer break. Two more weeks and I'll be out of your hair'. What bullshit. She knows that was a blatant lie, however, at least people would stop pairing the two of them as a couple anymore.
"I just like taking photos, is that so wrong?"
"Doll, I don't know if you heard, but that's called a conversation starter," the tall male snickered, "Not everything I do is meant to piss you off. I can be bearable if you want me to, you just have to ask nicely. But, of course, your stubborn pride won't let you say 'please'."
He smugly grinned at her and she narrowed her eyes. He was right, he could tone down his teasing and mockery with a simple 'please stop'. Maybe not stop following her around, but he would at least be tolerable. But saying that would admit defeat— he would have the upper hand on her just because he knows he can get under her skin. Her class representative status already meant nothing to him, so imagine if she submitted to his whims? Unacceptable, really.
