Rogan Everest Grimes: The Hybrid Grimes

Rogan is sitting with Carol and Sophia talking as Andrea and Amy approach camp with fish on hooks, making them look up. Everyone looks impressed, Dale approaches, and they talk before Dale looks over to Jim, who is digging.

They all walk up the hill to him. " Hey Jim," Shane speaks up. " Jim, why don't you hold up, all right? Just give us a second here, please?" Shane says, making Jim sigh and shove his shovel in the grass." What do you want?" He asks." We're all just a little concerned, man, that's all, " Shane says." Dale says you've been out here for hours," Morales adds. " So?" Jim says," So why are you digging?" Rogan says, stepping forward, moving in front of Carol and Sophia." What, you heading to China? Jim, what?" Shane adds on with a laugh." It doesn't matter, I'm not hurting anyone," Jim says and begins digging again. " Yeah, except maybe yourself. It's 100 degrees today you cant keep this up, " Dale says making Jim laugh a little " sure I can, watch me" Jim says whilst digging making Lori step forward " Jim they're not gonna say it, so I will. You're scaring people. You're scaring my son and Carol's daughter, " Lori says as Jim pants." they got nothing to be scared of. I mean, what the hell, people? I'm out here by myself. Why don't yall just go and leave me the hell alone?" Jim says then asks before he continues digging. Rogan moves forward more. " Jim, why don't you just go ahead and gove me the shovel?" Rogan says. " Or what?" Jim asks, putting the shovel in the grass again." There is no or what. I'm asking you. I'm coming to you and I'm asking you. Please. I don't want to have to take it from you. " Rogan says," If I don't, then what? Then you're gonna beat my face like Ed Peletier, aren't you? Y'alls see his face, huh? What's left of it. See, now that's what happens when someone crosses you, " Jim says. Rogan growls. " That was different, Jim. He hit his wife, " Rogan says." That is their marriage. That is not hers. She is not a judge and jury. Who voted you king boss, huh?" Jim says as Rogan looks back at Carol and Sophia and feels something break at the fear on their faces before she turns and right hooks his jaw, her eyes are glowing red, with veins underneath and her fangs are out, both side have taken control. She takes the shovel and snaps it in half with her bare hands before turning back to normal as Shane cuffs Jim.

LATER

After the incident, Rogan pulls Carol aside to talk to her. " What's wrong, Rogan?" Carol asks her," when I first came to camp three days ago, I told those that were around me something. " Rogan says." What was it?" Carol asks." Before all of this, I was a cop alongside Rick and Shane. There was a car chase that ended with me being shot twice. I slipped into a coma and awoken to these doctor who told me what was happening in the world, and they also told me that I'm a hybrid. I'm a vampire and a werewolf, " Rogan explains, making Carol look shocked." What?" Carol says," Yeah. The reason I pulled you aside was that you are my mate. If you're wondering what that is, is when wolves like me have soul mates when we locked eyes for the first time our bond snapped in place. Did you ever feel something towards me when we first officially met?" Rogan explains then asks," Yeah, it was weird as I have never felt like that. You make me feel safe and loved, and Sophia told me the same. " Carol tells her, making Rogan smile." I'm glad, may I kiss you?" Rogan says, then asks, making Carol nod. Rogan leans down because of their height difference of 6'8 to 5'6 and kisses Carol. They kiss for a while before pulling back, and they smile when they hear Sophia. " Mommy?" They both turn to see Sophia." Soph, what are you doing here?" Rogan asks." Are you my new daddy??" She asks making Rogan look at Carol who nods, " yeah" Rogan says smiling making Sophia smile and run to them, Rogan catches her and lifts her in the air " my baby girl" Rogan says as Carol watches them with a smile

THAT NIGHT

Everyone is sitting around the campfire, eating fish. Morales asks Dale why he has the watch. " I like.. I like what uh, father said to son when he gave him a watch that had been handed down for generations. He said, "I give you mausoleum of all hope and desire, which will fit your individual needs no better than it did mine or my father's before me. I give it to you not that you may remember time but that you may forget it for a moment, now and then, and not spend all of your breath trying to conquer it, " Dale says. There is silence for a while as the camera pans to each person in the circle, with Carol and Sophia snuggled up in Rogan's arms until Amy speaks up saying " you are so weird" making everyone chuckle " it's not me it's faulkner. William Faulkner, " Dale says  before adding " maybe my bad paraphrasing. " After another small silence, Amy stands up." Where are you going?" Andrea asks." I have to pee. Jeez. You try to be discreet around here, " Amy says, making the others laugh as she walks towards the RV.

Everyone sits in comfortable silence until it's broken with Amy screaming. They all look to the RV, seeing a Walker take a bite out of her arm as she screams, in which case caous erupts. Everyone shouts and cries in fear as walkers begin attacking, the fight their way up to the RV as Rick and the other three men show up and start shooting with Rogan speeding around ripping walker heads off and Rick right behind her shooting them.

As the caous comes to a close, everyone is checking everyone to make sure no one got bit. Sophia is in Rogans arms sobbing with Carol sobbing into her side. " I've got you both, I've got you both," Rogan says, before everyone is looking to the RV where Andrea is yelling and sobbing into the body of her now dead sister.
