Jack's pov

My birthday is less then 2 weeks now I need to get married  or even engaged or John even tho we fought it is  tradition in our families to get married before we 25 and if we don't. John  will pick my bride.

I sit at my desk doing some work and thinking about my future. I don't want to burden Evie with this marriage but I have to ask her the question I am scared what if she said no I have to marry someone else.

Evie's pov

Ben : May I talk to you Evie

Evie : Sure

We walked in his office

Ben : Jack's birthday is coming up and I want to throw a surprise party I know he doesn't like to celebrate but we have to he is turning 25

Evie : Of course we need to throw him a party

Ben : but remember what Jack said before he is 25 he need to get married or engaged because of the tradition in his family

Evie : I will says yes but only if he asks
I love him with everything I have he is my world

Ben : He feels the same way to let's see what he does during the week and if he asks the question then we can plan his birthday party

With that I leave Ben's office and walks to Jack I open the door and he is focused on his work. I walks round him and wrap my arms around his shoulders

Jack : Evie I know it's you

I kiss his cheek

Evie : You look stressed

Jack : No I am just doing some finance stuff and security stuff.

I sit in his lap while he looks at me

Jack : You hiding something from aren't you

Evie : How do you know

Jack : Evie i am  boyfriend I know you  well enough

Evie : You don't have to  worry about this it's not bad

Jack : You sure

Evie : Yes

Jack : Let's go out to donatellos tonight

Evie : I would love to but I can't

Jack : why not

Evie : I am going out with Mal Uma Lonnie and Jane it's a girl night

He takes out his wallet and hands me $500 Aurdon Medallions notes

Evie : That's to much

Jack : You can use it for whatever plus I have to give you something you going out you must enjoy your times

Evie : Did I tell you how much I love you

Jack : Yes every moment when I wake up and falls asleep

We kiss a sweet kiss but then someone knocked on the door

I stand up and stand next to jack

Guard 1 : Mr Slyvester the grand counsel is waiting for you to discuss the kingdoms finance

Jack : On my way

The guard left

Jack : Enjoy your girls night out I love you

He winks at me and walks out of his office.
