Who else would it be?

Chapter fifteen

"Jordan?" Leah's says shocked, I could tell she was upset.

"Hey Leah" she smiles "hey everyone else"

Leah's eyes become watery and I stop my treadmill before walking over and putting my arm around her waist

"Leah come, I'll take you away" I whisper in her ear and she nods her head.

Whatever sadness or emotion was in there turned to anger as she took her boots from her bag and threw them at some lockers.

"Leah Calm down" I tell her as I grab her arm and sit her down.

I kneel in front of her and hold her hands.

"Look.. I know this is a shock for you but just look past it okay?" I says looking into her soul

"She left me" she cries "without even telling me she was leaving"

She tries to get back up but i prevent her from doing so

"I know, and that's completely wrong but you cannot let her see it upset you" I say as I stroke her hand with my thumb

"But.."

"No buts, you can do this Leah okay? Just be friendly and get on with whatever Jonas asks" I whisper

She smiles and nods her head, I wipe her tears

"Okay" she whispers back

Suddenly the door opens and Beth and Katie come over to us concerned for Leah.

They crowd us, placing there hand on either side of Leah's back and look deeply into her eyes.

"You okay?" They ask in unison

"Yeah just being dramatic" she smiles before wiping her tears and standing up

She helps me up as well and I awkwardly stretch my calf as I felt a cramp coming

The others just stand there making it even more awkward

"Talk or something" I whisper to them and Katie clears her throat

"Jordan signed on a 3 year contract"

"Oh" Leah says looking at the floor

"She asked us to tell you she was so-" Beth interrupts

"She said nothing" Katie gives her a quick side eye before looking over at me "done?"

"Yes ma'am" I nod correcting my posture

Leah laughs a bit and brings us all in for a group hug

"Thanks girls" she says

We all say it's not a problem and that's when the changing room door opens and public enemy number one comes in.

"Le" she whispers walking closer

"Don't" Leah shakes her head in response "I just want to process things alone"

Jordan sighs and nods her head

"Congrats though" Leah adds on earning a smile

"Thank you"

She walks past her ex girlfriend and back towards the gym, Jordan stands there clueless as to what we said.

I clear my throat

"Nice to meet you Jordan, I'm Amelia" I smile holding out my hand which raises a few of the girls eye brows

"What is this a business meeting?" Katie says and I give her a look making her shut up
