??? POV: He looked down at the production of his weapons that worked day and night to build up the armies. Molten Irbintinium was poured into the molds of swords and silzers every second. The mighty Iben were being built and prepared for the coming conflict while the miners delved deep into the mines to extract as much Irbintinium as possible.

On his left, the Icosian Mountains were in view. These had protected him from the Angelic waves for years and had been the only thing that had held the Leviathans back during the Battle of Osica were his armies had nearly been obliterated by Michael and Samuel. He would never forget the way they defeated him, the encirclement was brilliant, he had to admit.

On his right was the training camps of his men. He could see them now, working tirelessly for the next war. They could see him watching and knew not to disappoint. Just now, one of the Unholy was in a training fight with one of the Giasnts, he stabbed left with his trident. When the Giasnt went to block, he saw him off balance, hooked his foot behind his leg, and pulled him over, winning the duel. A resounding roar followed from his brothers and lifted him into the air.

The Unholy looked to him with looks of approval. He gave a approving nod and started to walk  away to more important duties. As he walked, he saw more soldiers training, more machines being prepared, more of his people willing to follow him to another war.

He reached the door to his generals office and threw them open dramatically. All of his generals were surrounding a table with a map of the ninth circle layed out. They were all moving about and chattering loudly, but stopped instantly when he entered the room.

???:  "High General Stilker, give me a run down of our position."

As he said this, he walked over to the table to inspect the map.

High General Stilker: "Your Magnificence, our armies are nearly ready. We will reach our goal of 5,000,000 men by the end of this year. As you requested, the mountains have been armored and fortified, and new Irbintinium mines have been struck. "

???: " Excellent. Remember our meeting with the Ossai? We bought the designs of those new weapons from them."

High General Stilker: "I remember, your Eminence."

???: "Have we been able to start building them?"

When he said this, The generals began talk excitedly and the High General looked to be barely containing his glee.

High General Stilker: "Your Highness....we have already finished nine."

When the General had said that, The Emperor(I have to give him a title, otherwise it would look weird, this is not his actual name though) had choked on the glass of alcohol he was drinking.

???: "*still coughing* ni-cough-nin-cough cough-NINE?? This....this is very welcome news, how many can we have finished by the end of this year?"

High General Stilker: "depending on how production goes, 30 or more, maybe even 40"

He did a silent thanks, and continued the meeting. All of his generals seemed to have never-ending good news. The armor production had tripled in its output speed, more and more fleeing migrants from the chaos in Wrath had joined his army, and even the war machines factories had been finished. His day could not have gotten any better after this meeting. However, at the end, the head of the Spy Network had some interesting news:

Head of Spy Network: "We have received news that two days ago in the Pride Ring, something fell from the sky and destroyed about 20% of Pentagram City. The force of impact and explosion could have only been caused by a being of VERY high power. The being climbed out of the crater and headed off to a building in the east of the crater, that is all of our current information."
