The Finish Line Is The Heart (MatchBlossom x Reader)

Her parent's were constantly working on their tech business so she never really saw them unless there was a photoshoot promoting their tech. They made her their model and all she could do was put on a fake smile. She didn't have any friends cause anybody that tried to talk to her she would just give the cold shoulder. I mean what was the point of friends she'll only end up alone in the end anyways. But that changed, when one day on the walk home she heard laughter and the sound of wheels? Any other time she would just ignore it and keep walking, but for some reason she couldn't help but walk towards the noises to see what was going on. When she peaked from behind a bush she could see to heads one pink and one green. When she got a closer look she could see them riding skateboards? The only time she saw a skateboard was when reading an article and that was it. But she couldn't help but be mesmerized by their cool kick and flips. She was so mesmerized that she didn't realize that the green head had caught her staring and went to go talk to her. That was the day (y/n) found her first friends Kaoru and Kojiro it was also the day (y/n) found the thing she loved the very most. Skateboarding. And maybe 2 other things she loved, but that's for a different time ;). 

From that day on Kaoru and Kojiro taught (y/n) everything they know about skateboarding and helped her find her way of skating .They helped her with everything including breaking down her walls. She opened up to more people made more friends, but you would always find her with the pink and green haired boys. Then one day, their skating group met another skating group and they joined teams, that's also where the trio met Adam and their trio became a quadruple. 

During her teen years when her walls came down she wanted to start making money on her own and not just have her parents giving her pity money. So she started to babysit and that where she met little Reki Kyan. Reki loved when (y/n) came over to watch him she was like an older sister to him and to her she was little brother she needed in her life. (y/n) was the one to get Reki get into skateboarding. Reki would look at her with the same memorization she had those times she would watch her boys. 

But not everything can stay happy like (y/n) wanted it to be. Over time the trio noticed how aggressive Adam started to be with skating against the other when  in a beef. It was like he was searching for someone. 

Then came the day Adam called a beef with (y/n). That was the day she almost lost her life. He has chosen the most dangerous course they had discovered. Kaoru and Kojiro were heavily against her doing this, but when calling the terms of the race Adam said if (y/n) won he would stop with his search and just skate and that's what everyone wanted so (y/n) agreed. Though during the race she got caught in this trance like state where it was just her and Adam. She didn't know how long they were in that state all she knew was at one point she was falling and then saw her two boys with concern looks. That's when she snapped out of it and tried to regain her footing on her board, but that didn't do much cause in the end she still ended up in the hospital. 

(y/n) was left with a huge nasty scar on her chest that went from the top of her right shoulder through the middle of her breast to the top of her stomach. After that Adam left for America for whatever reason leaving (y/n), Kaoru, and Kojiro with feelings that weren't the best. The scar was also a reminder that the day she came out of the hospital was the day she was told she was to be given the company and she had to stop skating. She never went against her parents words, but she wasn't going to give up skating like that. Cause that would mean giving up on Kaoru and Kojiro and everything they had done for her.

So she kept going, just under a different name, Lilith. She would also come in a mask, a fox skull mask to be more precise. That way no one would know who she was and get caught. Although she could never lie to Kaoru and Kojiro so they were the only ones to know who Lilith truly was. But being the worried friends they were they voiced how they think it wasn't a good idea for her to be skating after her accident, but she told them that she has no life without skating. While that was true she also thought that if she stop skating they would stop being friends with her and they were people she couldn't lose.

As time went on the trio trued into adults and learnt about the real world. True to her parents words (y/n)'s parents retired and she became the CEO of the company which seemed to become more successful under her guide. Kojiro became a chef at his own restaurant and Kaoru became a professional AI calligrapher. Now that might of be who they were during the day, but when night rolled around the trio became their alter egos.
