Riley's mind went crazy, she looked back down at her tail and saw that she had blue scales with a little purple on the bottom. Then Riley noticed something appear on her tail it kept appearing until she knew what is was. It was the same symbol on her leg, Her mind went so crazy she didn't even fight when she felt a pull on her tail and she dove into the water.

She looked down and saw three mermaids chuckling then they stopped chuckling at once when they saw Riley's whole tail. Riley wondered why? Before she could do anything, Riley forgot about breathing, she couldn't breath underwater. She kept trying to put oxygen into her lungs but she couldn't she felt like her lungs caught on fire. Riley couldn't believe she was going to die in a ocean by mermaids yanking on her tail, she kept trying to breath but couldn't, she closed her eyes and sank to the bottom of the ocean.

Riley woke up with a severe headache and ringing in the ears she tried to sit up and saw her tail, Riley hoped it was just a bad dream it was obviously not. Riley looked up and saw she was in a cave and saw a pool of water in front of her the mermaids must of pushed her here.
" Hello?," Riley said
Riley saw shadows in the pool then saw the mermaids come up to the surface.
" Hello!" One mermaid exclaimed
" Who are you, you have a royalty symbol on your tail" another mermaid said sternly
" Yeah who are you," the other mermaid repeated the other one
" Excuse me," Riley cried
" You have a royalty symbol on your tail!!!," all the mermaids yelled
" I'm not deaf, what is a royalty symbol and who are you?" Riley asked
" I'm daphne and a royalty symbol is a symbol that shows proof that you are truly royalty and you also have powers too, how could you not know this!" Daphne exclaimed
" wait your the lost princess" One mermaid realized
" No, I don't know I'm from the surface I don't know how I got a tail though and what's your name," Riley answered
" I'm Rebecca, wait what! Your from the surface did you get bitten!" Rebecca exclaimed
" Actually yeah I felt a bite in the leg while I was unconscious on the ocean floor," Riley admitted
" Opps I bit you," the other mermaid frowned
" Lily!!" The other two mermaids shouted
" Sorry! I saw you glowing that meant you will be a perfect mermaid so I bit you," lily shrugged
" lily!!!" The two mermaids exclaimed
" ok then how am I the lost princess and do you have the royalty symbol?" Riley asked
" no no we don't have it but you do you are the lost princess because we've seen you before as a kid you look just like that kid but your grown up and I think when lily bit you it unlocked your mermaid side that was always there, please come to the kingdom, princess redeem yourself as the princess ," daphne begged
" Ok I guess, I mean after all at the surface nobody actually cares about me, except my dad! But what about him" Riley asked
" He's not your real dad and you can't see him again because of your tail," lily responded
" What! Everything is in the way because of my tail and how do you know he's not my real dad!" Riley exclaimed as she almost got caught up in tears
" Because we know, " Rebecca said" come on let's go to the kingdom"
" No! I don't want to and I can't breath underwater anyway," Riley refused
" We can teach you come on," lily urged
All the mermaids pulled on Riley's tail, Riley tried to fight back but they were to strong she ended up splashing into the deep water.
