The truth

They didn't leave me! No why would they ditch me? Rebecca, Lily, and Daphne, they would never do that! why would they ditch me during the tour? did they plan leaving me here with these....outlandish.....people? the way they act? and the unusual nervousness from them, especially from King Stefan! Riley's thoughts swirled and swirled at what they said. Gone, the last word the queen said out of her mouth, are they joking or are they really gone.

" your lying! Your lying! they would never abandon me not like this!" Riley outraged

" I'm not lying about this child nev-

" really!" Riley cut her off," let me go!"

" I didn't-

" this is unbelievable! I bet you had this set up!"

"Riley-

" you know I'm such a fool! To believe that my parents up in the surface were my adopted parents?" Riley ravished

" Riley calm down, you-

"You know what I'm just going to leave-

"Go sit down," the queen said boldly

Riley's body swam over to the chair unwillingly, she tried moving her hand up or anything her hand wouldn't go up. then she was going to sit down, she push all of her strength to try not to sit down, instead her body disobeyed and sat down.

"What the?"

"Honey?" The king stared at her

" I had to do it, she was spiraling," the queen shook her head

" what just happened?" Riley asked

" you see that royalty symbol you have, it has power-your power and I have been trying to get your power for centuries! but you escaped so many times! your pesky parents unraveled my plans so many times and now that you arrived I can take that power finally and become more powerful!" The queen proclaimed, she grabbed a zip-tie from the coffee table that Riley didn't notice before and went behind Riley and quickly took her wrist in a tight grab and pushed her hands through the medium sized hole in the back of the chair and zip-tied her hands to the chair.

" so you aren't my parents! if your not them then where is my real parents?"

" oh, they're somewhere I put them," the queen grinned

" where are they! where did you put them!"

" like I aforesaid I put them somewhere particularly safe," the queen ensured

" I don't believe you!"

" I don't care if you don't believe me I'm not giving you the location you brat!" The queen bellowed in rage

Riley stood silently for a few moments to sink in what just happened. She thought of the other things the queen said until she came upon something that was weird and was worth mentioning.

" you have been fighting me for centuries? Are you crazy or exaggerating! I'm only 14, I wasn't born yet!" Riley exclaimed

" you may not have been living yet but your feature self has," the queen said taking a breath to calm down

"What!"

" enough talking! Time to get what you always wanted madam!" The king spoke up

" ahh, yes! the only reason I told you my plans and things is because your not going to even live when I unleash the darkness!"

" what-

" in order to get your power I'm going to have to kill you," the queen smirked
