Chapter 1- beautiful/horrible day for a wedding

A dad walks out of his house looking outside it was such a nice day and he starts talking to himself "it's a beautiful day a rather nice day" the dad then headed back inside "a glorious day for a wedding a rehearsal to be perfectly clear assuming nothing happens that I don't really know that nothing unexpected interferes with the show and that's why everything every last little thing every single tiny microscopic little thing must go according to plan my son will be married" outside a butterfly can be seen flying around going from place to place it soon flys into an open window as it was then caught in a glass case and set down before a boy sits down Infront of it and starts drawing the butterfly the boy had curly black hair and a smile where 2 of his teeth kinda stick out in a way the rest of his down as he draws the butterfly he has already gotten ready for going out with his dad his dad had planned to meet up with a old friend of his roxannes parents he was supposed to come with as well they used to date before breaking up they stayed friends though but apparently they're parents might be arranging a marriage for them which doesn't sound to bad the boy he does miss being with her what they were and it had been a while sense he talked or seen her so it'd be nice to see her again he was just wearing some baggy jeans with a belt and a baggy band shirt with a baggy long sleeve shirt underneath sure it wasn't the nicest outfit but it's not like they were getting married that exact day and if he had to he could change once he got there "MAXXIE YA READY TO GO?" Max dad goofy calls out to him...shit! Max has completely zoned out he let the butterfly out of the case finishing a few small details and grabbing a bag with a change of clothes just in case "coming!" He calls out to his dad then closing the window and runs down stairs meeting up with his dad who's mumbling to himself about how this has to go perfect max knew his dad cared and was just worried about him not just the arranged marriage they then left the house getting into the car and heading to roxannes house goofy looks at Max before looking back at the road "maxxie you know I just want the best for you right? You don't have to do this I mean I really don't care about the money or any of it" max laughs softly and rolls his eyes "dad I already said yes plus like I said I kinda miss being with roxxane we only broke up because we thought it'd be better just for us to become more mature or something" he shrugs before goofy nods "ok well everything will work out fine you'll do great!" Max nods and goofy keeps talking to Max as max stares out the window nodding or saying something here and there while at roxxanes house her parents were walking around the house talking about how everything need to go perfect as well and complaining of course but they do care about money they didn't realize goofy didn't have much for them to gain from "its a terrible day for a wedding it's a sad state of affairs we're in that has lead us to this ominous wedding how could our family have come to this? To marry off our daughter to the noveaux-rich they're so common" the side walking towards their daughter's room "So coarse!" Roxxanes father groans annoyed "oh it couldn't be worse" roxxanes mother says once they got to their daughters room to see roxxane doing her makeup before roxxane looks over at them "um mom,dad i have a question" she smiles akwardly and her parents nod giving her permission to ask "what if max doesn't like me like that anymore what if i end up not liking him in that way anymore?" Her parents then laugh why are they laughing? Her mother then speaks up "do you think your father and I like each other?" Roxxane then nods "surely you do just a little" they then shake their heads "not at all!" They say in unison as her father speaks up "marriage is a partnership" as he finishes her mother speaks up "now lace that corset correctly I can hear you speak without gasping!" They leave the room going back to complaining and one of the maids in Roxanne's room starts helping her tighten the corset while goofy and max continue talking in the car while one of goofy's employees drive them to roxannes place they go silent for a moment before max speaks up "um dad shouldnt roxxane be marrying someone else? I mean I just wouldn't expect her parents to set me up with her...especially her dad" goofy waves a hand in the sir dismissively"oh nonsense maxxie you have nothing to worry about your amazing I mean you guys decided to still be friends right? So it shouldn't be to bad" max nods sighing slightly "yeah but I haven't spoken to her in the past year or so?" Goofy nods "hey that can be a good thing I mean you can catch up at least that way you'll have something to talk about!" Max smiles he never understood how his dad could be so positive but it was nice and while they continue to talk roxxanes parents continue to walk around their house roxxanes mother pats roxxanes fathers shoulder while speaking up "marriage is a partnership a lil tit-for-tat youd think a life time of watching us would have taught her that" they get to a pair of stairs and walks down it while talking about how everything needs to be perfect again while goofy and max finally arrive at roxxanes house and both pairs roxxanes parents and max with his dad head to the front door of the house

Okie doke that's the end for this chapter im srry it's not that great but ya know also I'ma post chapter 2 today hopefully as well! But yeah also if I messed anything up I'm srry I'm going completely of memory so ya know
