Just One Kiss

Chapter 4

Serena's POV

I was about to go get my stuff and leave but as I was, May and Lisia came well more like May barged in and Lisia followed her nervously. "Why in Arceus's name would you go to Alola without telling us!" May yelled, Lisia looked at her like she was some random stranger.

"Be quiet you" Lisia said.

"Wait how did you know about this?" I asked puzzled of how they got the information.

"Max saw you the other day and saw you enter some prize-winning thing-a-majing" May said "He looked at your ticket number and saw that you won a prize to Alola."

I sighed, "So do you two want to come with me" they both looked at each other than nodded their heads and smile. 'Heh, I guess I won't be alone at least' I smiled. "Oh wait you're got to pack up quickly because the flight is in an hour."

"Don't worry, we already have" May responded.

"Oh, then let's go" I giggled.

At the airport

"We arrived pretty early, so let's wait at the cafe over there. It's close to our gate ehehe" I say as we arrive at our gate.

"Sure" May says then orders "Can I have a slice of the black forest cake and a mango boba tea."

"I'll have a slice of the lemon cheese cake" Lisia orders.

"I'll have the slice of Mille-feuille with roast strawberries and mascarpone and a Café au lait, please. Thank you" I asked we take our orders and sit at a table.

"Very Kalosian of you, Serena." Lisia giggles.

"Don't forget that I am Kalosian, Lisia. I was born in Kalos..." I stop and turn around feeling something disturb my senses.

"Serena? You okay?" May asks seeing her distracted.

"Hm? Oh uh, it's nothing really" I replied "How's your cake?"

We chatted for a long time till it was time to get on board. We walk through the gate and boarded the plane. We had middle class seats but the attendant insisted that we go in the first class seats as she and the other attendants and the pilots knew who we were.

"Ehehe I've never been in first class before" I say, May nods as she has never been before.

"Uncle Wallace always got first class seats for me when I need to fly somewhere. Even though I decline the offer he still insists" Lisia responds.

The plane took off and we were in the air. I ask the attendant if we could have a glass of apple juice each. We talked and talked for a while but then I felt a presence somewhere it was familiar. I turn around to see Calem, Cross and Cortez and as usual they were only here for us... Well more like Calem was there for me and the other two were his uhm backup.

"Hey sugar" Calem welcomes.

"How many times do I have to say this" I sigh "Stop calling me that and stop following me!" Lisia turns to look at Calem and gives him a shoo away hand gesture. 

"Hey! What are you doing let me go!" Calem rebutted as two attendants grabbed him.

The two attendants took him back to the middle class while Cross and Cortez sweat dropped as they followed the attendants.

"So Serena, what's your relationship with him?" Lisia asks not knowing what was going on.

"Ugh... He's a childhood friend but he's too clingy and just a- what's the word" Serena pauses thinks of an adjective to describe him "He's like Velcro, I one piece and he's the same piece and we can't join because we're not different pieces and we have differences.. And he doesn't acknowledge that I..." I stop knowing that I'll regret something.

"That you what?" Lisia asks, she sees my face flustered and May smirking.

"Was that boy a raven messy haired boy,  who always loved to battle and pokémon, Serena" May smirks, my face goes a little more red as I didn't know she knew him "It's Ash Ketchum isn't it." I slightly nod my head. The two girls squeal with enjoyment that I like someone.

They kept asking these sorts of questions till the end of the flight. I was exhausted from the questions as we met the airport. We walked off the plane's jetway and walked around the area to find our hotel. After a few minutes of walking around we found the hotel and checked in.

"So~ what do you want to tomorrow?" Lisia asks. I place my stuff on my room bed and start to unpack as the other two did the same.

"Maybe we could go to-what's his name-Professor Kukui, maybe we could get a starter pokémon from him" May replied her eyes filled with wonder to find out what the pokémon starter do you get in Alola.

We went to sleep ready for a new and exciting day tomorrow.

If you're wondering I made Calem's group with Cross and an OC of mine Cortez. Cortez is a rich boy, polite and respectful young man and is Cross's childhood friend. Cross and Cortez met Calem during a pokémon tournament. I'm sorry the chapter came out late and is shorter than normal but I'll make up for it.
