Lucia didn't know what she had expected when Negan took her back to what looked like an abandoned facility. He called it The Sanctuary. She'd heard that one before.

At the moment she was sitting in a cell, she was slouched up against the wall, her elbows resting on her knees while her mind flashed with memories, that she would like to forget. First Terminus, which had also been a Sanctuary, but she'd ended up locked up there. Now this place? Great.

Negan had told his right-hand man, Simon, to put her in a cell for a few hours. When they arrived Lucia was already inspecting every single detail about the place, how many escapes, how many people she saw, and so on. She hated to admit it but the place looked pretty secure, the barbed wire fence that went all around the facility had walkers attached to it. And, it was pretty smart.

But she didn't fail to notice all the people working to attach the walkers, all wearing some kind of homemade prison uniform and keeping their eyes to the ground, not making eye contact with anyone.

When she was walking through the facility though? It was different, there were so many people as if people actually felt safe being there. There was enough food for everyone, enough clothes, and she'd seen kids. Kids. She hadn't seen any kids in so long.

And a lot of the people seemed happy. As if these 'Saviors' had actually saved them.

She snapped out of her thoughts when the door slowly began opening, making a creaking noise as there slowly entered light into the cell she was put in.

"Come on up, Negan wants to talk to you." The man's voice who she recognized to be Simon sneered at her, in an almost distasteful way. She didn't exactly like him either.

She looked up at him with narrowed eyes, before slowly pulling herself together and standing up straight. She cracked her back and neck slightly before following the man. She'd been sitting there for hours, not moving an inch because she just didn't have the energy for it, but it felt nice moving her legs a little.

They'd walked quite a bit down the hall until they reached a wooden door, Simon opened it pushing Lucia inside before shutting it behind her. Looking around the room the first thing she noticed was how big it was, the room was maybe about the size of a living room, but when she noticed the big double in the corner she could guess Negan was using it as a bedroom.

Looking to the opposite corner she noticed said man, sitting on a couch, Lucille on the table in front of him. A grin displayed on his face. "Before we have our cute little chat," Negan stood up, resting Lucille on his shoulder and slowly walking towards her, "I'm gonna give you fifteen minutes to clean your pretty little self up."
