It was a rainy and gloomy day. Though that didn't stop the busy people of Rose City. This place wasn't even the capital of the country, yet it was swarming with people, buildings, and other structures. You shivered to the thought of living in the famous and capital city, New Sina. As much as you hate crowded places, it most certainly did not lessen the excitement you had in starting your new life here, new scenery, new air, new people. People. Speaking of people, you were grateful for your single living friend who lived in a quiet neighborhood. She offered for you to stay at where she lived. Even though you declined as many times, she agreed and insisted for you to stay, admitting that she hated having to own a big space only for her own. She knew your broken relationship with your family. But this was also because the college that you will attend to is much closer to her place than it was at yours.
Home wasn't really a pleasant word for you to hear, it reminded you of the horrible words being spat on you, or how you let yourself be emotionally abused by your own family. But now, it was a new beginning.
A new beginning in which you had hopes in changing your perspective with; "home".

Almosost there, just about toi passss the last corne.r. Love u moree 💕You cringed at the typos you made, as you felt the car turn to the road where sasha's house was standing. And in a heartbeat, your eyes was set outside of the car window, finally seeing the space you will live in until you can afford a home your own. You thanked the guy who drove you to your destination and set foot on the pavement. Leaving you outside as the car started to drive off.
You breathed in as much as you could, loving the smell of the new and welcoming atmosphere. Smiling to yourself, you examined the small and simple but cute 2 story house. It was so pleasantly clean and beautiful and it was evident of how good sasha was taking care of her house. It made you feel more secure and sure that you would be at peace during your time here. Following sasha's instructions, you carefully entered the establishment and took your moment to adapt to the new environment. Carefully studying where the bathroom was, the light switches, the kitchen.. It was perfect. How could you ever thank your sweet and generous friend?
Your momentum of appreciation was ruined by the sound of the gate opening, and that delicious smell which you almost felt like flying your way to whoever it was and eat whatever that aroma was making. Finally, that mystery person unlocked the front door revealing a taller girl with beautiful reddish brown hair that was put into a lazy ponytail. She was carrying 2 paper bags that you assumed was food. What else could it be?
"Hi! Looks like you made it. How are you feeling?"
She smiled brightly, setting down the bags carefully to the nearest couch and ran to you, wrapping her arms around your neck to pull you in a warm embrace. You were slightly shorter than her because of genes.
"I'm fine. I'm so happy to finally start my new life with you here."
Sasha was giving you that downward smile, and her eyes were almost invisible of how much she was smilling.
"Aww! don't talk like we just got married or something! I might just marry you instead of those horse looking guys in the campus."
You laughed at her silly statement, patting her back as how much she genuinely appreciated your presence here. You pulled her away and held her hips;
