Bey's POV
Off-campus Apartment

"Solange, calm down. I can't understand what your saying." I let out a breath, rubbing my hand against my forehead as I sat up in bed. It was going on two in the morning and there was no way in hell my brain was going to comprehend anything she was saying through her hysterical sobs. "Solo, please."

I heard her taking large breaths until the line went silent. "Solange..." I started but she cut me off.

"Bey, I think I'm pregnant." Those were the only words her shaky voice could get out as she began crying again and it was now my turn to be silent.

My seventeen year old sister is telling me that she might be pregnant.

I felt my heart racing as my mind ran a thousand miles per hour.

I was speechless.

"Beyoncé, please say something. Anything." Her cries got softer and that's when I snapped into big sister mode. "You think? Solange, what do you mean?" Tears began to fall from my eyes as I heard how broken she sounded.

"My period is three weeks late. I thought it was normal at first because I've been stressed lately, but then I started throwing up a lot and that's been happening for the past week." She explained.

"Why the fuck weren't you and Daniel using protection? Your smarter than that Solo." I threw my head back against the head board. "Fuck, I don't know Bey. We were being stupid."

"What am I going to do? Dad's going to go crazy." She continued. Him disowning her was at the top of her worries right now. I knew he would flip even if I were to tell him I had gotten pregnant and I'm grown. I couldn't even imagine how he'd react if he found out that his teenage daughter was most likely expecting.

She continued to rant until I stopped her. "Solo, calm down please. We can worry about dad later, just get some rest. I'll be over later, I promise."

"I'm so stupid, Bey." She cried.

"Your not stupid, ok? Please, just go to sleep and take your mind off of everything. I'll be over as soon as daylight hits." I said.

She finally calmed down and we said our goodbyes before hanging up.

"That is not how I wanted to start my day." I mumbled as I wrapped myself back up in my cover.

______

"I can't believe we're here to buy your seventeen year old sister a pregnancy test." Kelly said as we walked through the isles of the pharmacy.

Of course I told her. I needed someone to tell because there was no why I could handle knowing something like this on my own. Plus, Kelly has had a few pregnancy scares in the past so I knew she would be better at picking out which tests to get than I would.

"It doesn't feel real." I said once we got to the isle of feminine products. "Do we get the most expensive one?" I asked.

"I would, we need no room for error at this point." She said and I grabbed two 'Clearblue' branded test before heading to the counter.
