Bongbong woke up at around 6 am.

His left upper arm was numb and yet he did not choose to move. When he opened his eyes, he was welcomed by a beautiful sight of Leni sleeping beside him. His arm was her pillow. She looked peaceful — far from her usual demeanor.

His right hand reached for her cheek as he leaned for a kiss on the lips. She did not seem to wake up from his advance. His lips curved a smile.

They were on her bed. He could remember how much begging he did last night just to make her agree to sleep with him. The pillow wall she built was nowhere to be found and both her arms and legs were wrapped around him under the blanket.

"What did I do to deserve you?" He whispered and pulled himself closer to her — enveloping her with his arms.

"Hmm... Bong." She groaned.

He could feel her labored breathing on his neck. "Hmm?"

"OA na sa higpit." She slightly pushed him for a space to breathe.

He chuckled. "I want to feel closest to you eh." He explained then allowed his hot breath to reach her ear. "Pero I can think of something else that we can do to feel closest to each other." He felt her nails pinched his side. "Ouch."

When he let go of her, she got the chance to turn against him. He frowned — looking at her back before sliding towards her and hugging her from behind. "Can we stay like this?"

Her hand intertwined with his but she did not move. She allowed him to embrace her tight — his lips were touching her nape every now and then.

"Why did we hate each other?" She suddenly asked.

He stopped kissing her and thought of answers. "I hate how you smile at the strangers and roll your eyes whenever you see me." He then added the next words before playfully kissing her back once more. "But now, I prefer seeing you roll your eyes until they're all white."

"Bong." She laughed.

He chuckled too. "Pero seriously, I hate that I could not have you or your attention. I hate that your smile fades when I'm around. I hate that my existence is a nuisance to you." His arms pulled her closer. "I love you."

Leni stirred to face him. "I love you too."

He grinned. "I love you and you love me then why don't we make a baby?"

Instead of answering she shoved his face with her hands and sat up. "Magbreakfast kaya muna tayo?" She suggested.

"Listen." He said with a serious tone. "What if ikaw nalang ang breakfast ko?"

She slapped his arm playfully. "Tama na, Mr. President. Mamamatay ka sa gutom sa kalandian mong 'yan."

"What if..." He started again. "Ikaw ang patayin ko sa sarap?"

She stood from the bed laughing. He was left with a frown on his face. He was not hungry. He really wanted to spend more time with her in bed. Not exactly having sex but...

Okay.

Maybe more of that. But, he really loved cuddling her — smelling her and biting her if she'd allowed him to.

Before he could even step at the last flight of the stairs, she was already instructing him. "May meeting ka ngayon with the japanese ambassador. You shouldn't be late. After that we also have a cabinet meeting in the afternoon. We can have lunch together since sabay tayong pupunta sa venue. Understood?" She was making sandwiches while saying those things.

He smiled at how she was acting. "Yes po, Mrs. Marcos. Everything is clear."

"Good." She replied before placing the plates on the table. "After the meeting, ikaw na ang sumundo sa mga bata from school."

His brows furrowed and gave her a confused look while sitting down. "Mga bata?"

"Si Ferdinand Marcos III at Mary Luan Marcos." She replied with a giggle.

He laughed — instantly catching what she was doing. "Sinong nagsabing The Third ang ipapangalan natin? May sumpa ang pangalan na 'yan. What if Kyle Martin nalang tapos Kate Mitchell?"

"Masyado namang American." She commented — handing the plate of sandwiches to him.

He accepted it and took a bite. "Ang sarap."

"Nambola pa." She rolled her eyes with a smile. "Pinagpatong-patong ko lang 'yan."

He chuckled. "Syempre ang secret ingredient is love." He kissed the sandwich before taking another bite.

The conversation went like that throughout their meal and both of them enjoyed it until Bongbong spoke seriously.

"Anyway," He began. "My meeting starts at 10am. I still have plenty of time."

She raised her brow — clearly not getting what he was trying to say.

"I mean..." He continued. "Pwede pa nating mabuo si Kyle Martin at Kate Mitchell." His brows went up and down. "Kung gusto mo gawin na nating tatlo eh."

She kicked his foot playfully under the table. "Baliw."

"Sayo."

"Ang corny mooo." She complained and wiped her lips. She just finished eating.

She stood up from the chair but Bongbong held her hand. "Sandali lang." He said and stood to face her. "Meron pang natira." His index finger pointed at the side of her lips.

She used her tongue and searched for it. Before she even knew, Bongbong's lips had already captured her tongue — sucking it gently. "Hmm..." She moaned as her knees started to melt from his kisses.

His hand went to her waist — pushing her against his member. He knew that she could feel it touching her core because of the moans she was letting out.

He hugged her tightly — his legs automatically guided both of them to the couch in the living room of her unit. He gently laid her down the couch — careful not to awaken the personality he often encountered in debates months ago.

"I love you." He whispered when his kisses went to her ear.

She was panting. "Then show me how much you love me."

It sounded like a challenge and it turned on so many switches in his system. He wanted to make her scream his name again.

But then, there was a ring on the doorbell.

"Lens?"

All the heat went to his head — the one with a brain.

It was Kit Belmonte.
