power by kanye west★·.·'¯'·.·★ The system broken, and the school's closed, the prisons open
We ain't got nothin' to lose, motherfucker, we rollin'
Huh? Motherfucker, we rollin'
With some light-skinned girls and some Kelly Rowlands
In this white man's world, we the ones chosen
So goodnight, cruel world, I'll see you in the mornin'
Huh? I'll see you in the mornin'
This is way too much, I need a moment ★·.·'¯'·.·★It was late afternoon, and the playground was buzzing with the typical energy of kids letting off steam after school. Destiny sat on the swings, watching as her new group, Venom, gathered at the corner of the park. Each member of the group was fifteen years old but carried themselves with a maturity far beyond their years.
Ametrese, the leader of the group, had a commanding presence even at such a young age. Her dark hair was pulled back into a high ponytail, and her eyes sparkled with determination. She was discussing their next plan with Akira, her twin brother, whose serious expression complemented her strategic demeanor.
Akira was focused on the map spread out on the ground between them. His sharp, calculating eyes scanned the paper, his mind already working through the details. He was known for his problem-solving skills and his ability to stay calm under pressure.
Rin, with her fiery red hair, sat cross-legged next to Luca, who leaned against the park's fence. Rin was animatedly talking about the possible routes they could take for their next job, her enthusiasm evident in her voice. Luca, on the other hand, was more reserved, nodding occasionally as he listened. His quiet demeanor often belied his reliability and strength.
Destiny, having joined them a few months ago, felt a deep sense of belonging with Venom. Although she was new to the group, she quickly proved her worth through her resourcefulness and loyalty. She had a unique skill set that complemented the rest of the team, and she was eager to contribute to their growing success.
As the group continued their discussion, Destiny noticed a few older kids from a rival gang watching them from a distance. She could sense the tension in the air. The playground had become a territory for various groups, and conflicts were not uncommon.
Ametrese seemed to notice the same thing. She stood up, her expression unreadable. "We need to move. We're not alone."
The group quickly gathered their things and made their way to a more secluded part of the park, an old, abandoned shed that they had claimed as their meeting spot. Inside, the atmosphere was more relaxed, though the sense of urgency remained.
"We've been making a lot of progress lately," Ametrese said as she took her usual seat on an old wooden crate. "But we need to be careful. Our success is starting to attract attention."
"well duhhh who wouldn't be jealous of 15 year olds making bank" luca stated dramatically
Akira nodded in agreement. "We need to be smart about our moves. If we keep drawing attention, it's only a matter of time before someone tries to challenge us. or even try and steal from us. I recommend we start making investments of sorts so that we don't just have cash lying around"
Rin leaned forward, her eyes serious. "We should consider laying low for a while. Maybe focus on smaller jobs and keep a lower profile."
Luca's surprisingly calm voice broke through the conversation. "I agree with Rin. It's better to avoid unnecessary conflicts. We should focus on strengthening our position and making sure we're prepared for any challenges."
Destiny felt a mix of anxiety and determination. She had joined Venom to be part of something significant, but she understood the risks involved. what they were doing wasn't necessarily illegal but who would expect 15 year olds making this much cash it's suspicious and something to easily be jealous of. She trusted Ametrese's leadership and Akira's strategy, and she was willing to do whatever it took to protect their group.
"Let's take some time to reassess our plans," Destiny suggested. "We can review our security measures and come up with new strategies to stay ahead."
Ametrese smiled, appreciating Destiny's initiative. "That's a good idea. We'll regroup in a few days and make sure we're prepared for whatever comes our way."
The group spent the next few hours discussing their plans in detail. Each member had their own strengths and ideas, and their combined efforts created a solid strategy for moving forward. As the sun began to set, they reluctantly disbanded, agreeing to meet again soon.
Destiny walked home with a sense of accomplishment. She was proud of the progress they had made and was determined to help Venom continue its rise. The future was uncertain, but with her friends by her side, she felt ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead.
