(At the end of December)
After the test, Liana and Victoria and I stayed after class and practiced with Mr. Lucas and did a lot of things together. Nobody used to stay with us anymore, even though Mr. Lucas said that anyone could stay with us but nobody wanted to. Today was one of those days.
I was sitting in class waiting for the tutoring with Liana. I had an awful headache and I was so sleepy since I was sitting all night studying physics. We were waiting for Mr. Lucas and Victoria.
"Hey Sophia, are you okay?" Liana asked me with a beautiful smile.
"I'm fine, Liana just a little headache, probably because I was up all night studying physics."
"Tell you what, I'll come with you home in case you don't feel well to go alone today. I'm going in the same way to my mom's office."
"That's great Liana, thank you," I said when Mr. Lucas and Victoria entered. We were all sitting together: Mr. Lucas, me on his side, Victoria on the other and Liana in front of us. We worked for an hour, we kept on writing whatever Mr. Lucas dictated and explained. I wasn't that well I asked Mr. Lucas if I could go home and this what he said.
"Is your head paining? I assume you're not feeling well? Just please hold on for a few minutes more," he said as he took my pen and started writing in my notebook for me.
"Try to listen," he said again, I nodded.

We said goodbye to Mr. Lucas and came out of the school. He didn't come with us as he had some work at school. Victoria went to her grandmother's house, and Liana and I were going home together.

My mom said that she had to talk to the Principal about our going to Germany. He agreed. Mom didn't want anyone to know about our going. So I didn't say anything. But eventually, I had to tell Mr. Lucas because when the school began I was going to be absent for one week. I figured my vacation was long since there were no flights back home earlier. He had to know why was I going to be absent and I wanted to tell him.
The bell rang Mr. Lucas got up to go when I went to him and said in a low voice.
"Mr. Lucas, I'm going to Germany when the school starts and I'll be absent for a whole week."
"You're not taking me?" he asked with a bright smile.
"Just kidding Sophia, go enjoy your vacation and have fun, we'll wait for you."
"Thank you, Mr. Lucas." I said happily.
That went well.
Finally, I was going to Germany. Everything was going to be fine. I felt happy I knew that my teacher would be happy for me.
