The First Letter.

Jooyeon stood up from his desk,pulling out his drawer,grabbing his pen,paper,and envelope.he placed it on his desk,sitting back down.he then started to write.

" 'August 6,2024.'      Hello,Jiseok.How are you?It's been so long since the last time I saw you..hah.But I know you're busy so,I just don't bother you. I really hope you don't think I don't like you or anything.I just thought that,yeah,you might be busy.Since the course you took is quite heavy.Anyways,I never really told you about me much,so maybe I can tell you more here.I like playing bass,I'd like to start a band some day.I also really like Luke Hemmings.I love the way he sings.But of course you're better to me.Jkjk...Moving on..I also like playing video games.Or online games,technically any game.So uh,if you also like playing games,I'd gladly play with you:) Out of the blue topic but,I think you're really pretty..."

He stared blankly at what he just wrote.'shit,I can't delete it now can I..' he thought.he then just proceeded to write it.

"I don't think I'd actually give this to you so,its okay,right?...This is so weird..Um..I guess thats it for now.Good night.

He folded the paper,and grabbed the envelope.Putting it inside,with a dried rose petal.He then closed it,adding a rose seal."There.Now I just need a box to keep it in."He stood up,searching around his room for boxes.After a while of searching,he found himself a dark red box,that had a heart sticker on the edge of it.He stared at it for a while,thinking of what to do with it.He then went back to his desk,grabbing his pen,writing something on the heart.Once he finished,he took the letter and put it inside.He smiled then put it under his bed,making sure to hide it from everyone else in the house.

The next morning

"Mom!"Jooyeon yelled,running downstairs,holding his jacket."Can I go out with my friends?Jiseok's there."He stopped in front of her."Oh,okay.Just make sure to come home before dinner.If not,just tell me if you're eating dinner with them."She replied,going back too whatever she was doing."Okay,thanks!"He then rushed off.

Jooyeon waved at his friends,making sure they saw him.They then gestured for him to come over.He ran to them as soon as they told him to come,and sat down beside Jiseok,smiling at him.Jiseok smiled back."Hello,Joo.What took you so long?"He said.Jooyeon was just about to reply,until his smile faded when he saw Jungsu and Jiseok holding hands.Jiseok noticed him staring."Oh,does that make you uncomfortable?"He asked worriedly.Jooyeon shook his head with a smile."No,its totally fine."He lied."Okay..Are you sure?"He asked again."Yes,I am good with it.He's your boyfriend anyway."He said,reassuring him that it was okay,when it was obviously not.It was written all over his face."Okay then,what would you like to order?We waited for you before we order food since we know that you don't like vegetables."He said."Oh,you didn't have to worry about that.Sorry to keep you waiting..I'd really eat anything.As long as my bestfriend picks the vegetables for me."He said,smiling at him,his hand on Jiseok's shoulder."Okay then.I'll tell Jungsu."Jiseok turned over to Jungsu,whispering him something.Jungsu nodded,asking him something.Jiseok then kissed his cheek,out of nowhere.It seemed like they agreed on something Jiseok wanted."Is it okay for you if we ordered pineapple pizza?"Jiseok asked him.He nodded,even if he hated that combo.He'd agree with anything,as long as Jiseok wanted it.

After eating,all of them were talking about love letters and such.Jooyeon was just quietly listening to them share their opinions on it,and their experiences.Until Gunil noticed how quiet Jooyeon was."How about you,Jooyeon?Have you received a love letter?Or written one?"Gunil asked him.After the question,everyone turned to him,waiting for his answer."Well uh,I never really received one yet,But I did write one.Although it doesn't seem like one.I don't really know."He replied,unsure of his answer."Oh,okay.Who was it for?"Gunil asked out of curiosity."I prefer not saying it."He said in a low tone."Okay then.."

VERY VERY ugly written chapt-It was very rushed because I have lots to do tomorrow,and plus,I just released this book,and I had a really hard time editing it,Wattpad had some sort of bug that multiplied my unedited book TT I promise that the next chapter will be better than this one I swear.I might write another chapt next week,dunno.I still have to update my over book too AHAHAHAHA Anyways,thank you for reading this first chapter.I hope you stick till the end lol.Good night!
