Sleepover!

Sophie was sitting on her bed, reading, when she got a hail from Biana.

"Hey, Biana! Is something wrong?" Biana usually didn't hail; she comes over instead.

"Hey Sophie. There's nothing wrong. I've been feeling a little bored lately, so I was wondering if you can come over for a sleepover tonight."

"Uh..sure! I'll have to tell Edaline. Also.........no makeovers."

Biana pouted. "Ugh, fine. I'll do the boys. instead, if they let me. Everyone else is going to come, too."

"Have fun with that." Sophie waited until Biana ended the hail and screamed, "EDALINE! EDALINE!" Sophie kept screaming until Edaline darted into the room with Sandor, his sword unsheathed and ready to start stabbing.

"Sophie! Is something wrong?" she asked, clearly out of breath. "I was brushing Verdi's teeth when Sandor heard you and got me."

"Can I go to a sleepover at Biana's house? I'm bored and she invited m-"

"Yes, Sophie. you don't need to bargain or beg for a sleepover. Do you need help getting packed?"

"No, I've got it." Sophie packed her bag while humming one of her favorite human songs, Delicate. Sandor moved to join her when she stood under the Leapmaster, but backed off when she said, "If you're joining me, then that means you have no faith in your girlfriend."

Edaline walked up at the sound of her voice and hugged Sophie goodbye. "Tell Della I said 'hi'."

Sophie nodded and then gave the command to go to Everglen. In less than a minute, she was standing outside the blinding gates.

"Sophie!" The gate swung open, almost hitting her nose, to reveal Biana standing two feet away. Her hair was pulled back in a half braided, half down with little hair gems along the braid. Biana's tunic was one that Sophie had gotten with her, when she had to go many painful hours of shopping with Biana in Atlantis. The fitted fabric was a gorgeous periwinkle, and had small diamonds dotting the hem, neck, and sleeve ends. 

"You look fancy," Sophie noticed. Biana blushed.

"Come in, the others are going to be here soon." Right on cue, Tam and Linh leaped on and Linh gawked at the beautiful house.

"Wow, Biana, it's like you live in a castle!" Linh cried.

Behind Linh, Dex, Keefe, and Marella arrived. "Ok, guys we just have to wait for Wylie."

They waited for about 20 minutes until he arrived. "I'm sorry to keep you guys waiting. I had some stuff to do," he looked at Sophie, daring her not to ask. 

"That's alright. Do you guys wanna play base quest?" Biana asked.

The gang agreed and formed girls against boys, but no abilities. Being the amazing person she was, Biana figured out where the boys where and tagged them out almost immediately. Keefe called cheating, and the game ended. The girls decided to go into the house to bake some mallowmelt, leaving the guys to sit at the table and stare at each other.

"Hey, lazies! Get over here and help us!" Marella yelled. The boys laughed and went in the kitchen. While Keefe was reaching to get the chocolate (which was above Sophie), his arms accidentally wrapped around her waist for a split second. Sophie's breath caught and she blushed. Biana noticed them and rose her eyebrows at them. Meanwhile, Fitz was standing on the other end of the kitchen, glaring.

Once the mallowmelt was done, they took it up to Biana's room, which was more beautiful than Sophie could've imagined. 

"Hey, let's play Truth or Dare. I dib first!" Marella called. "Okay, let's see here......Keefe! Truth or Dare?"

"What?" Keefe had blanked out. He was staring at Sophie. She was right next Biana's window, which was positioned perfectly to catch the Golden Hour glow. her eyes sparkled and her hair was bouncy and shiny, and she looked so perfect-

"Keefe!" Marella repeated. We're playing Truth or Dare, and I asked you."

"Oh! Um......." He trailed off, looking at Sophie again. 

"I'm sorry kids, but there's no time to play games. The Black Swan has asked you guys to meet at the Stone House." Alden interrupted.
