Dragons

New Riders

Papyrus wandered around the rocky outcroppings. Movement caught his eye as he walked.
'Maybe that's one of the others!' He thought as he approached where he had seen the movement. Moving around, he startled slightly upon seeing a scarred yellow dragon.
"Oh, sorry for disturbing you," said Papyrus, "Um, have you seen any other monsters or humans?" The dragon gave a soft huff and came over. They sniffed Papyrus lightly. Then, he heard the roar and yell. Papyrus panicked and ran toward where he heard the yell, not realizing the yellow dragon was following him.

Punk had been looking around when she found a strange red and blue dragon. It looked around skittishly.
"Hey!" Yelled Punk. The dragon startled and flung a fireball at her. She dodged and growled. The two squared off.

Papyrus ran toward the noise and saw Punk staring at a blue and red dragon.
"H-hey! Stop it!" Yelled Papyrus running down. He jumped between the two.
"Don't fight!" He yelled. The skittish dragon growled but the yellow dragon jumped down.

After a minute, they all stood together.
"Heh, I got to say, you're pretty strong," Punk told the red and blue dragon.
"Thank you!" Said Papyrus, hugging the yellow dragon. The two were surprised to feel the soft prod to their magic as the dragons offered to bond with them. They accepted the bond and felt a rush of magic.
"WOW!" Said Papyrus.
"Hey there, my name's Alpha," said the yellow dragon who had bonded with Papyrus.
"My name's Papyrus! I promise to be the best rider I can be!" He declared.
"I-I'm Psycho," said the skittish red and blue dragon who had bonded with Punk.

Asriel and Ghost had met up after being separated from the others. As they walked through the rocky area, they saw two dragons. One green and yellow, the other was pale purple and blue.
"Wow, you look cool," said Ghost.
"Should we be talking to dragons?" Muttered Asriel.
"Hey, could you help us find our friends?" Asked Ghost. After a minute, the green and yellow dragon nodded.

They walked together until they saw Punk and Papyrus riding on dragons. Quickly heading over, they reunited happily. Alpha and Psycho talked with the two and came to an agreement. The two offered Ghost and Asriel the bond. The blue and purple dragon was named Napstablook and bonded with Ghost. The green and yellow dragon was Wilt and bonded with Asriel.

Taffy sat grooming his bright scales when something shiny stop his eye. Hopping down, he saw a human with a shiny necklace. He sniffed at their necklace.
"U-um, hi?" They said.
"Pretty," he squawked, looking at her necklace.
"I-I'm looking for my friends... could you help?" They asked. He cocked his head and looked at them.
"Oh, um, I... I could give you something shiny?" They offered. Taffy quickly tossed them on his back and took to the air.

Upon landing near the others, Frisk grabbed a shiny stone from their pocket and handed it over. Taffy grinned. After some pestering from the other dragons, Taffy offered to bond with Frisk.

Ruby tensed when finding a large skinny dragon eating. It growled and came over. Sniffing over Ruby, it gave her a soft nuzzle. She felt the dragon seem to judge her before feeling a prod at her soul. After a moment, she accepted it.
"H-hello? I'm Ruby." She said.
"M' Horror," he said.

After she explained what happened, Horror picked her up and flew her to where her friends were. She greeted her friends and they all, flew back to the cave where they stayed.

They all got a scolding for going to the dragon cave alone. They were accepted into the dragon riders and were going to get training and uniforms.
