Felix arranged an appointment with the Lee family doctor after remembering he still had that stupid chip in. It was removed that afternoon with no fuss. Next step was finding his own place with security. He got the professionals on it, Mingi would foot the bill. The penthouse had sold so money wasn't an issue. Then the deliveries began. Felix thought to refuse then he had an idea. He kept all 7 that arrived in an unused room at the mansion, next day there were 11 deliveries of Jewellery, teddies and chocolates that joined the flowers then on the third day it was expensive lingerie & pieces from the latest Vuitton range. That night Felix piled them all into his car and drove to the compound. Thankfully the gate pin was the same. He crept the car slowly up the drive way to minimise the noise. Then then unloaded all the stuff that had been delivered and a card sticking out of the flowers stating 'You can't buy me' and hammered on the front door then took off. Hyunjin heard the banging and fell out of bed in his rush to see what was happening. As he came flying out his room Minho passed him and flew down the stairs and threw open the door ready to fight. The pile of gifts confused him for a second til he spotted the large card sticking up.
"CHAN.., CHAN . It's for you". Chan looked at the scene, he plucked the card from it "Burn it all".
He sat on the edge of the bed with the card face down for an hour before he flipped it and read it.
2 weeks passed in peace, Chan left him alone. His real estate agent found him a small meaning 4 bedroomed house in a gated community full of young trophy wives and young CEO's. Felix did get some looks seeing as he was a single man in a house like that but was left alone. Yunho was not happy but he wouldn't back down from championing Chan so it was his own fault. Felix threw himself into making it a home meaning the black card got hammered and his dad happily footed the bill cause that's what dad's do. Builders came in and converted the second biggest bedroom into a studio. Felix was content. He finally found the perfect song at 4am on YouTube while watching drag Queen videos.
The Lee 3 had strained relationship again. Woo practically lived at the compound now. They only spoke if it was for classes. Felix didn't mind, he'd found less superficial friends in his peer group. Jisung and Felix had a vicious argument after Jisung ran his mouth about what a bitch Felix was for splitting with Chan, returning his gifts and how Chan was hurt with Felix spitting back if it wasn't for Jisung's sex trafficking parents none of them would be in this mess in the first place. Jisung ran away crying with Woo running after him to comfort him. Felix was left standing alone til a girl he'd recently befriended wrapped her arm around him "Come on Lix , let's go get some air". Felix smiled faintly "Thank you Yeji". A fellow senior from the Arts department asked him very shyly for a date and Felix agreed. Eunwoo took him to a very nice restaurant, they were getting to know on another when a very loud & boisterous party was put in the booth next to them. They gave up trying to talk and finished their food. Eunwoo refused to share the bill. As they left Felix glanced in the booth and his suspicions were met. It was Hyunjin, Changbin, Minho, San, Jisung & Woo. They were able to talk again as they walked along the street "Do you like arcades?" Eunwoo asked.
"Love them". Felix grabbed his hand as they ran laughing to the next street where the arcade was. "I'm paying" Felix insisted. Eunwoo gave in after Felix threatened to tickle him. They grabbed the hundreds of tokens into a pot and took off like 2 little boys. They were having an absolute ball until that lot showed up again. Eunwoo excused himself to the bathroom and Felix flew at the group who were clustered round the table.
"Hey Lix" called Changbin.
"It's Lee Yong Bok or Mr Lee to you lot. Are you following me?".
"We are" Minho said truthfully.
"Well you can stop now. You've had your fun so fuck off" Felix growled.
"Not til you give Chan another chance" Hyunjin grinned and Felix lost his shit "With no due respect go fuck yourselves. One call and there's 30 members of the Lee Mafia here in 2 minutes. Yunho might be soft with you but one word to Mingi and I could have you all dead by morning" Woo gulped knowing it was true "Come near me again and it's on. Try me if you think I'm joking" he spat. The crew left. Eunwoo came back from the toilet and the 2 continued playing for a while before Eunwoo walked him to his car. They shared a soft kiss but there was no romantic chemistry but the two knew they'd made a friend for life. Mingi after hearing the story assigned two guards for Felix.. not to keep him safe but to stop him from fighting Chan's crew if he seen them. After a call from Mingi Chan chewed the arses off the idiots for doing that and strongly suggested both Jisung & Woo put in transfers to another university.

The past three months had been busy, Yunho was pretty much leaving him alone on the 'Chan' front so the brothers were getting along. Christmas was almost upon them and the Lee Mafia unlike most always threw a party for the uppers and lowers in the gang. Bonuses were distributed for jobs well done. The 'fancy' bash for the seniors was one Felix normally got out of but Yunho had decided as he had no kids to publicly declare Felix as his heir much to Felix's disgust. The bash for the 'lowers' ie small teams was being held in one of Yunho's legitimate clubs meaning everyone would have to behave. Felix would have to go round and speak to people like his brother & father had to do. Mingi & Yunho looked good in their suits but Felix being Felix wore women's high waisted leather trousers, hand made Chelsea boots flown in from the U.K. and a top that came from a bondage clothing site. It was a rectangle of leather that covered to just below his pecs and had straps everywhere. It was a compromise after Yunho had a heart attack at his chosen top which was a cropped t shirt that read 'I like men who whimper'. Mingi roared with laughter at it while Yeosang just smirked. For accessories he wore his favourite diamond studs and his grandma's sapphire bracelet. His belly ring donning a matching sapphire. Drinks were flowing , people were dancing and Felix had glared down a loud homophobe. Then the crew led by Chan swaggering at the front . Felix shot them a dirty look and tried to dip only to have Mingi clamp an arm round his shoulders "Play nice my boy. Let Yunho get his standard greeting done then you can join Lisa & Jenny who are dying to get you on the dance floor. Felix nodded.
"Good to see you, drinks are on the house. Best behaviour though as this club is legit. On behalf of the Lee mafia thank you for your work. Chan will receive a bank transfer in the morning to split among you as a thank bonus from us. Now please go and enjoy your evening". Mingi released Felix and he flew off.
"He's never going to speak to me is he?". Chan asked sadly.
"No son, I hate to say it but it's time to move on". Mingi patted his shoulder.
Felix found Lisa & Jenny and the three squealed over each other's outfits. They dragged him into their booth and were gossiping . "Chan keeps looking at you" Lisa commented.
"He can look" Felix huffed and gave them the full saga start to finish. Jenny thought he should give Chan a final chance while Lisa said he should have shot him which resulted in the three screaming. They slammed a tray of shots and hit the dance floor. Those two could dance, at one point Felix was thankful to be gay when they sandwiched him and were grinding on him. Had he been straight he'd have popped a boner. They'd just stopped for a drink and a breather when the bouncer brought Eunwoo to the table. Felix hugged him and Eunwoo gave him his customary cheek kiss. Then slammed 8 shots yelled 'woo hoo' and dragged them all back to the floor.
Chan watched from his table, squeezing his glass so tight he cracked it. "That's the fucker he was on a date with" Minho muttered to him. Mingi was wandering the tables chatting and had just reached theirs when he seen the murderous look on Chan's face. " No fighting in my son's club Chan. Who is it you have issue with?".
"Who's that fucker that kissed Felix?" Chan growled.
"That's his .. friend. The boy's not Mafia so you don't touch him. Besides Felix is a single grown man he can see who he wants. If you can't handle seeing him with someone perhaps you should go" Mingi growled back.
"No, you're right of course. You have my word there will be no trouble". All night Chan sent glances in Felix's direction. Everyone told him to move on apart from his parents 'love is hard Chan, you have to fight for what your heart wants' his dad told him that. He'd tried a date with a woman Woo knew but he'd called her Felix four times in 20 minutes and she got up and walked out the restaurant.
Felix could feel Chan's eyes on him which he loved and hated. He was tired of putting up a front that he hated him but it was the only thing keeping Chan at bay. He was still madly in love with him though he didn't want to be. He tried dating and ended up with a best friend instead so that was cool. Eunwoo had sat for hours hearing his Chan stories laughing & crying with him, swooned when Felix told him about the first time they'd got back together. Felix wanted to run to his table and kiss him then slap him, simper I love you and scream I hate you all at the same time. Eunwoo had an ex at their school but it was a  totally amicable split. Sinyoung was part of their friend group. The end of the night was on them and the music changed to slower music for couples to dance to. Chan threw caution to the wind and went to walk over but Eunwoo spotted him "psst Lix .. he's coming over" he extended his hand and Felix grabbed dragging him to the floor.
"Slow dancing with your bestie ain't it" Eunwoo whispered while Felix giggled "I know .. this shit is cringe". Chan stormed out of the club while Mingi stood on the sidelines shaking his head at them both.
