NaruSaku - "Loving you for 40 days"

𝙲𝚑𝚊𝚙𝚝𝚎𝚛 𝟿; "𝚃𝚎𝚗𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗𝚜 𝚊𝚗𝚍 𝚛𝚎𝚟𝚎𝚕𝚊𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗𝚜"

The sun has arisen and awakened Konoha with its sunlight. Early, cold summer morning felt so refreshing, especially cause it looked so breath-taking while showered in golden light. Sakura and Naruto were keeping quiet while getting closer to his house, which made both of them feel uneasy. They feel like 24 hours are too little for then and that their fun always ends when it's at its peak. When they got in Naruto's garden, Sakura looked at Naruto once last time before heading to her home.

Sakura: 𝑯𝒆𝒓𝒆 𝒘𝒆 𝒂𝒓𝒆. 𝑰 𝒉𝒂𝒅 𝒂 𝒈𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕 𝒏𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒚𝒐𝒖. [Soft smile]

Naruto: [Smiles] 𝑴𝒆 𝒕𝒐𝒐. 𝑰 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒎𝒊𝒔𝒆 𝒘𝒆 𝒘𝒊𝒍𝒍 𝒓𝒆𝒑𝒆𝒂𝒕 𝒊𝒕 𝒂𝒈𝒂𝒊𝒏, 𝑰 𝒋𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝒏𝒆𝒆𝒅 𝒕𝒐 𝒕𝒂𝒌𝒆 𝒂 𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒕 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒕𝒐 𝒇𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒔𝒉 𝒎𝒚 𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒌 𝒇𝒓𝒐𝒎 𝒚𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒅𝒂𝒚.

Sakura: 𝑰 𝒖𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒅. 𝑷𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒆 𝒘𝒂𝒍𝒌 𝒃𝒚 𝒎𝒚 𝒉𝒐𝒖𝒔𝒆 𝒘𝒉𝒆𝒏 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒕 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒇𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒔𝒉 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒅𝒖𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔.

Naruto nodded with a smile as he waved to Sakura, and they went to their separate ways. Naruto pulled keys from his pocket as he slowly inserted them in a keyhole, trying to unlock the doors in the quietest way possible. Once he managed to do so, he quickly entered the house, closing the door. But, once he turned around, he noticed Hinata standing in front of him in her bathrobe. She was angry and she was tired, which could be seen by dark circles under her eyes.

"𝑂ℎ, 𝑠ℎ𝑖𝑡!"

Naruto thought to himself as he was not in a mood to argue with Hinata. He was tired, and all he wanted was to go to rest.

Hinata: 𝑾𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒆 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒃𝒆𝒆𝒏?! [Frowns]

Naruto: 𝑰'𝒗𝒆 𝒘𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒂 𝒔𝒉𝒐𝒓𝒕 𝒘𝒂𝒍𝒌. [Rubs his nose bridge]

Naruto walked to the kitchen, Hinata following him. He spotted a fresh made coffee. He then took a mug and filled it with coffee to drink it and energize himself for upcoming duties at the job.
