NaruSaku - "Loving you for 40 days"

𝙲𝚑𝚊𝚙𝚝𝚎𝚛 𝟷𝟸; "𝙷𝚘𝚜𝚙𝚒𝚝𝚊𝚕 𝚝𝚛𝚘𝚞𝚋𝚕𝚎"

Walking downtown with his lunchbox, head slowly pumping. Eyes slightly red and dryness that kept scratching the throat. The posture is straight and shows confidence, but the mind was conflicted. The thoughts were crushing like the sea when the thunderstorm was coming. "Good morning, Hokage-sama!" People were greeting and pointing at him, but he ignored it all, focusing on the inner feelings inside. Once he got to the office, he was greeted by Kakashi, who was sitting and reading his book while sipping coffee.

Kakashi: 𝑴𝒐𝒓𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈, 𝒈𝒐𝒐𝒅 𝒚𝒐𝒖'𝒓𝒆 𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒆 𝒔𝒐 𝒘𝒆 𝒄𝒂𝒏 𝒈𝒐.

Naruto: [Confused] 𝑯𝒖𝒉? 𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕'𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒎𝒂𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒓?

Kakashi: 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝒉𝒐𝒔𝒑𝒊𝒕𝒂𝒍 𝒎𝒆𝒆𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈. 𝒀𝒐𝒖 𝒎𝒂𝒅𝒆 𝒂 𝒅𝒆𝒂𝒍 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒅𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒐𝒓 𝒐𝒇 𝑲𝒐𝒏𝒐𝒉𝒂'𝒔 𝒉𝒐𝒔𝒑𝒊𝒕𝒂𝒍 𝒂𝒃𝒐𝒖𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒗𝒊𝒔𝒊𝒕 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒍𝒐𝒐𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒉𝒐𝒘 𝒕𝒐 𝒔𝒐𝒍𝒗𝒆 𝒔𝒐𝒎𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒆.

Naruto: [Blinks] 𝑶𝒉 𝒚𝒆𝒂𝒉...𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒎𝒆𝒆𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈...

Kakashi: 𝑾𝒆 𝒃𝒆𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝒈𝒆𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒆. [Throws Hokage's coat and hat] 𝑮𝒐 𝒈𝒆𝒕 𝒅𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒅 𝒔𝒐 𝒘𝒆 𝒄𝒂𝒏 𝒈𝒐.

Naruto sets down the lunchbox as he puts on his coat and hat and heads with Kakashi to the hospital. On their way to the hospital, Kakashi noticed Naruto's oddly quietness but decided not to ask anything since the meeting was important. When they arrived, they entered the hospital. Naruto was shocked to see in what bad state it was. The nurses were running around, and there were not enough hospital beds, water, medicine, and other important necessary medical things. Naruto was surprised to see the hospital in such a bad state as he tried to think if he ever saw the hospital like this. As they approached the director's office, Naruto and Kakashi spotted a short middle-aged woman who was dressed in a suit and longer skirt. She was wearing glasses and has a soft and friendly expression. Beside her was a taller woman who was younger compared to the lady, probably the same age as Naruto himself. She had darker hair and was wearing longer, elegant pants and a shirt.

Yummiko: 𝑾𝒆𝒍𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒆 𝒕𝒐 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑯𝒐𝒔𝒑𝒊𝒕𝒂𝒍 𝑲𝒐𝒏𝒐𝒉𝒂, 𝑰'𝒎 𝑲𝒂𝒔𝒂𝒌𝒊 𝒀𝒖𝒎𝒎𝒊𝒌𝒐, 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒅𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒐𝒓 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒉𝒐𝒔𝒑𝒊𝒕𝒂𝒍 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒊𝒔 𝒎𝒚 𝒂𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒕 𝑨𝒏𝒂𝒌𝒂𝒊 𝑹𝒊𝒏𝒂. 𝑾𝒆'𝒓𝒆 𝒉𝒐𝒏𝒐𝒓𝒆𝒅 𝒕𝒐 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒆.

Both ladies bowed slightly to Naruto, and he smiled back and handshakes with them, shoving them his friendliness.

Naruto: 𝑴𝒚 𝒑𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒖𝒓𝒆. 𝑺𝒉𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒘𝒆 𝒈𝒆𝒕 𝒊𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒐𝒇𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒆?

Yummiko: 𝑨𝒄𝒕𝒖𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒚, 𝑰 𝒘𝒂𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒂𝒃𝒐𝒖𝒕 𝒘𝒂𝒍𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒂𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒉𝒐𝒔𝒑𝒊𝒕𝒂𝒍. 𝑰'𝒎 𝒔𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒏𝒐𝒕𝒊𝒄𝒆𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒉𝒐𝒔𝒑𝒊𝒂𝒍 𝒊𝒔, 𝒔𝒐 𝑰'𝒅 𝒍𝒊𝒌𝒆 𝒕𝒐 𝒅𝒊𝒔𝒄𝒖𝒔𝒔 𝒊𝒕 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒚𝒐𝒖.

Naruto agreed as he and Kakashi began to walk with the ladies around the hospital, looking at each room and talking about the future of the hospital.

In a mean time Sakura just woke up. Her emerald eyes were enlightened by the sunlight that was peeking through the curtains, making furniture's shadows grow and surround Sakura. She then sits up in her bed as she rubs her eyes. After a minute of getting back to her senses, she got up and walked through the window to stand on the balcony. She exposed her body to the sunlight, feeding her body with vitamin D, which made her feel nice. Closing her eyes once again and taking a deep breath, smelling the freshness of the air and just enjoying the moment of the early morning.
