NaruSaku - "Loving you for 40 days"

𝙲𝚑𝚊𝚙𝚝𝚎𝚛 𝟷; "𝚃𝚑𝚎 𝚍𝚊𝚢 𝚢𝚘𝚞 𝚕𝚎𝚝 𝚖𝚎 𝚐𝚘"

The dark blue sky was enlightened by the moon and thousands of stars that were sticking together, creating a breath-taking chain of star constellation. Hot summer night in middle of July with slight breeze was the most relaxing thing at night time, especially for huge celebration like wedding. Naruto and Hinata just got married as they were sitting at the special table prepared for newlyweds. Behind them was a wall that was decorated by white lily flowers with wine branches and with a huge, elegant scroll with a written "Just married" slogan. Their table had elegant, white table cloth. On the table, there was a vase with more white lily flowers, tied with lace and glitter, spread everywhere. Naruto and Hinata enjoyed their time dancing, eating cake and other food, and talking to people. In one moment, Naruto and Hinata sat down back on their table to take a break as they observed their guests. Naruto noticed that two people were missing; Sakura and Kakashi sensei. He didn't want to ruin his day with such worries, but he couldn't help but feel suspicious about them missing. Hinata looked at her now husband as she noticed his suspicious expression.

Hinata: 𝑵𝒂𝒓𝒖𝒕𝒐, 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒐𝒌𝒂𝒚?

Naruto: 𝑼𝒈𝒉...𝒚𝒆𝒂𝒉. 𝑰 𝒋𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝒏𝒐𝒕𝒊𝒄𝒆𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝑲𝒂𝒌𝒂𝒔𝒉𝒊 𝒔𝒆𝒏𝒔𝒆𝒊 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑺𝒂𝒌𝒖𝒓𝒂 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒎𝒊𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒈. 𝑰 𝒋𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝒘𝒐𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒓 𝒘𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒚 𝒄𝒐𝒖𝒍𝒅 𝒃𝒆...

Hinata: 𝑴𝒂𝒚𝒃𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒚 𝒘𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒕𝒐 𝒕𝒐𝒊𝒍𝒆𝒕. 𝑶𝒓 𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒉𝒂𝒑𝒔...𝒂 𝒑𝒍𝒂𝒄𝒆 𝒘𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒚 𝒄𝒂𝒏 𝒃𝒆 𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒂𝒍𝒐𝒏𝒆. [Winks].

Naruto: [Blinks] 𝑾𝒆𝒍𝒍, 𝒘𝒆𝒍𝒍, 𝒘𝒆𝒍𝒍, 𝒘𝒉𝒐 𝒘𝒐𝒖𝒍𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒐𝒖𝒈𝒉𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒚𝒐𝒖'𝒅 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒂 𝒏𝒂𝒖𝒈𝒉𝒕𝒚 𝒔𝒊𝒅𝒆. [Smirks]

Hinata: [Laughs] 𝑰'𝒎 𝒔𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒚'𝒓𝒆 𝒇𝒊𝒏𝒆. 𝑴𝒂𝒚𝒃𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒚 𝒔𝒊𝒎𝒑𝒍𝒚 𝒘𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒅 𝒕𝒐 𝒕𝒂𝒌𝒆 𝒂 𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒕 𝒇𝒓𝒐𝒎 𝒂 𝒄𝒓𝒐𝒘𝒅.

Naruto nodded his head and showed Hinata his smile before kissing her nose. But still, his feeling of suspiciousness didn't fade away. He felt like something unexpected would happen.

𝐌𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐰𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐞:

Running as fast as a speed of the light while raising a dust on empty street. A sweat was dropping from Kakashi's forehead as his intention was fixated on only one thing; to find Sakura. After looking at every corner of Konoha, he assumed that she was nowhere else but at her own home. "𝐼 𝑑𝑜𝑛'𝑡 𝑘𝑛𝑜𝑤 𝑤ℎ𝑦 𝐼 ℎ𝑎𝑣𝑒𝑛'𝑡 𝑡ℎ𝑜𝑢𝑔ℎ𝑡 𝑜𝑓 𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑠 𝑏𝑒𝑓𝑜𝑟𝑒". He thought to himself as he approached Sakura's house. He bursts inside the house as he starts to look at all rooms that are on the first floor. When Kakashi found out that Sakura wasn't there, he headed to the upstairs, and the first room he checked was her bedroom. "𝐷𝑎𝑚𝑛, 𝑤ℎ𝑒𝑟𝑒 𝑎𝑟𝑒 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑆𝑎𝑘𝑢𝑟𝑎?!". Kakashi thought to himself as he opened the doors of another room, which was the bathroom. The scene that he caught there freezed his blood and made him feel disgusted and sad. He saw his beloved student laying in a bathtub with red water that's obviously tinted by blood. Kakashi immediately grabbed Sakura by arms as he got her out of the bathtub and placed her on a white tile floor, observing her extra pale face and half scrunched eyes. Her dress was wet, outlining her body shape and baby pink shade, turning into a darker pink shade.

Kakashi: [Shocked] 𝑺𝒂𝒌𝒖𝒓𝒂?! 𝑺𝒂𝒌𝒖𝒓𝒂, 𝒄𝒂𝒏 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒉𝒆𝒂𝒓 𝒎𝒆?!

Kakashi shook Sakura and slightly slapped her face a couple of times. When he realized it had no effect, he started doing reanimation. "𝐶'𝑚𝑜𝑛 𝑆𝑎𝑘𝑢𝑟𝑎, 𝑦𝑜𝑢 ℎ𝑎𝑣𝑒 𝑡𝑜 𝑤𝑎𝑘𝑒 𝑢𝑝!" Kakashi thought to himself as he kept pumping Sakura's chest. The more Kakashi was doing reanimation, the more he realized that it had no effect. Kakashi felt heartbroken as he looked at Sakura's lifeless body. He wiped his tears as he covered Sakura's eyes so she would close them. He then took her, carrying her in bridal style, and started to head to Konoha's forest.
