It was at the last minute when Peyton, Tristan and I decided to extend the invitation to Jess's Halloween party to Calvin and Samuel via text message. When I meant last minute like the week before the Halloween's party. On top of that we gave them the choice of joining us in our group costume and both Calvin and Samuel said yes.

"So everyone does agree that for our group we are going to dress up as characters from Scooby- Doo?" Peyton asked Tristan, Calvin and Samuel on a joint call. Minutes before she had placed her phone on speaker so she and I could hear their voices.

I was listening to the entire conservation at the same time I was standing in the kitchen making for my best friend and myself. Peyton and I decided that we wanted to eat pasta for today's lunch and it was my turn to make lunch for us today.

"Peyton, I agree, I like the choice of our Halloween group costume." I heard Calvin responding to Peyton's question as I placed the plates with our food down in front of the kitchen's stools. Peyton placed our glass with our favorite drinks beside the plates.

"I am happy with the choice of this Halloween's group costume." I joined the conservation, sharing my opinion about the topic with all of my friends. "Tristan and Samuel, what are your thoughts?" I sat down in one of the stools, already ready to eat my delicious lunch alongside my best friend.

"I know that specific voice from anywhere, hello Aubree." Samuel greeted me, sending a small smile to my lips. "I am in, I cannot imagine a better choice to dress up for my first Halloween party since I returned back here."

"Hello Samuel." I greeted him back as my best friend sat down on the stool next to me.

"I love the idea of dressing up as a character from a cartoon that I watched growing up." Tristan shared his opinion with the group.

"Since everyone agreed about what we are going to be dressed up as for Jess's Halloween party." Peyton started speaking after she had taken a sip out from her glass. "Should we meet up at the mall in the next hour to do some Halloween costume shopping?"

"I am available for the remainder of the day to do some group costume shopping with everyone." From our friend group, Tristan was the first one who replied to his girlfriend's question.

"I don't have any plans for today so I am down to go Halloween shopping with my friends." Samuel replied to the question after Tristan had finished speaking.

"I had a quick meeting with my manager and producer a couple of minutes ago, so now I am free to meet up with everyone at the mall." Calvin shared his response to Peyton's question.

"Okay, so Aubree and I will see everyone at the mall in one hour." Peyton said, concluding our conversation as she set down the glass back to its former spot.

Peyton and I decided to use her car to get to the mall as one of our topic conversations while we ate lunch. Before we walked out from our house, Peyton and I made sure our dogs had food and water in their own bowls.

"Bree, do you want to listen to Taylor Swift during the drive to the mall?" Peyton asked me as we walked out of our house.

"Obviously, it would be concerning if we didn't listen to at least one song from Taylor Swift." I replied to her question, watching my best friend locking up our house.

"Good point, I will play our shared playlist." Peyton said, intertwining one of our arms together as we walked towards her car.

Peyton unlocked her car with the usage of her free hand. We unlinked our arms, then she walked to the driver's side and I walked to the passenger's seat.
