Changes and Dates

Just as Lisa is finishing straightening her hair the door bell rings. She takes a moment to look at herself in the mirror taking in her outfit. The black knee length dress is hugging all of her curves, and her red pumps are defining her calf's. Nodding her head at the fact that the gold jewelry was a good choice she makes her way downstairs.  Opening the door, she is welcomed by Luke who's jaw drops.

"What?" Lisa giggles.

"Do you really not know how beautiful you are?" He asks knowing it was bold of him but it just came out and he couldn't control it. He notices that he seems to loose control of himself when Lisa is around.

Thankfully Lisa laughs it off, and he places his arm around the small of her back leading her to his car. Opening the door for her, she flashes him a talkful smile which he returns. Lisa rubs the scar on her knee out of nerves while waiting for him to get in the driver's side.

"Are you ready for our date that's not a date?" Luke asks sliding into his seat.

Lisa watches how his muscles flex as he grips his steering wheel and how the corner of his mouth twitches every time he talks to her.

"I mean... do you plan on killing me and hiding my body?"

"What? No. I couldn't ever imagine hurting you." Luke states giving her thigh a quick but gentle rub

Lisa breath instantly hitches at his touch. "Good then yes I'm ready for our date that's not a date" she manages once her breath evens out. 

"Good! I hope you worked up an appetite  because the place I'm taking you is so good, once you start eating you can't stop!" Luke states becoming excited.

"And where, pray tell, are you taking me?" Lisa asks finally  looking at him. When she does a sudden rush of heat takes over her body. Unsure of where all of the feelings are coming from she quickly darts her eyes back to the road.

"My favorite seafood restaurant! Oh and by the way, happy birthday!" He says flashing her a quick smile

"Okay no one knows it's my birthday, how on earth did you know that?" She asks shocked and confused.

"Well.... I did some stalking and a background check on you.... Plus I had your Drivers license in my possession for a few hours the other day." He says followed by a teasing chuckle.

Lisa shoves him soflty realizing the first part of his statement was a joke.

"Well thank you." She says laughing along with him.

Lisa is realizing that being with Luke is so comfortable besides the fact that she can't look at him because she gets hot and bothered. But the conversations flow and their gentle and sweet touches toward each other come with no strings attached.

"We're here." He says as he puts his car in park.

She looks out the window and sees this hole in the wall restaurant. The bricks making up the building are beginning to chip and the name of the restaurant is so faded she doesn't even know what it says.

"Looks shotty but wait until you try the food!" Luke says opening her door and grabbing her hand to help her out.

"Thanks." She smiles "and I can't wait to see what the best seafood tastes like" she adds along with a smile.

As they walk into the building, the smell of seasoning and seafood hit their nostrils causing both of their stomachs to rumble at the same time.

"Table for two." Luke tells the hostess.

They are led to a small booth in the corner of the restaurant and they sit across from each other.

"Your waiter will be right with you!" The blonde hostess says flashing a smile and walking away.
